Carefree stay, ingeniously packaged
I haven't slept as peacefully and well as I did in this hotel for a long time♥️ easy check-in via mobile, functional interior, great breakfast.
The beds, the blankets, the pillows invited you to lounge around and sleepbut the best thing was the smart TV, simply brilliant!
Oh yes, the Spar supermarket under the hotel was great

Unsatisfying
Parking was horrendous. Room was almost impossible to get into if you book more than one room their app doesn't work well and it's the only way to get into the room. Not ok to not give access to something you paid for. Did not respond to my message for assistance. Advertised as free parking which is not true.

Nice hotel with weaknesses in room security
I felt very comfortable in principle – the hotel is tastefully decorated, the concept is coherent and the staff friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was an incident in my room with the capsule coffee machine provided there: When the capsule drawer was opened, there was an unpredictable escape of hot liquid, resulting in injury.
The unit was set up in the room without any operating instructions or safety instructions. Even if it is a common model, in my view, a reference to potential risks is essential, especially in a hotel room with changing guests.
The hotel’s response was friendly, but they saw no responsibility as they assumed “usual use.” As someone who works with coffee machines, I can say: The incident was not due to operating errors.
I wish the hotel continued success – but I strongly recommend improving the security in the rooms on this point. Smaller measures, such as a warning or brief instructions, would help to avoid comparable incidents.

Nice hotel
The room was very clean and the bed fresh. We were accommodated in room 200, which is otherwise probably intended for wheelchair users or physically impaired people. In this case, however, there was hardly any storage space for us. A chair was there. At the bed no possibility to put glasses or mobile phone off. There was a button on the headboard to get help. Of course, this happens quickly when you come up against it with the pillow. It happened to us by accident, too.
In the bathroom there was also no storage for a toilet bag, for hygiene accessories, only the sink. Also no trash can, so you had to carry everything into the room next door in the small bucket.
We had been signing up a dog for months. It says on the page that something is prepared when they know it in time. Nothing was prepared. You can't find a contact person either. The hotel often seems a bit orphaned, except for breakfast.
All in all, a nice place, the green concept appealing.

Pleasant hotel
Very clean, log in works very well and easy. Breakfast okay. Nothing special, great that there is already from 6:15 breakfast.
Only the parking is a bit tedious, but until now still ran out.
Would like there to be the possibility to forgo room service, not necessary for 2 nights.
