Ok for a one night stay

The hotel itself is pretty basic when it comes to the room, nothing special, dull furniture, simple bathroom, no balcony. Still it was perfectly clean with no stains or other ugly features. The hotel offers free parking on site. The breakfast was buffet with plenty of choices !!! The dining hall was lovely decorated and it had a warm feeling. Really enjoyed the breakfast there ! Staff is friendly although their english is quite ... basic ... but they were both polite and helpful and wanted to make you feel at home.
Perfect for one night ! Lovely breakfast !

Friendly staff but... very basic room and location outside the city

The Hotel is about 5 Km from city center.
The room has basic/low level furniture and no extras
The staff is very friendly ( but - understaffed! One lady does everything, including Reception and running the Dining-Hall/restaurant )
Most bothersome: The noise from the near-by road makes sleep almost impossible!

Great service at comfortable place and price

While we only were at the hotel one night, we appreciated excellent service from check in, the wine garden in back attached to the restaurant, to a great breakfast. The rooms are not fancy but are large, comfortable and everything is well operated. The front desk staff is stretched between the hotel and the restaurant which has a separate entrance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. A fair distance from downtown but plenty of surface parking at hotel and in downtown garages. This city has a great downtown with lots going on.

The Perfect Bed and Breakfast

We spent three weeks in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary and this hotel was by far the best. It is truly a secret gem in Linz. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well equipped. The breakfast was to die for. The friendly staff was very helpful throughout our visit. This is a can’t miss hotel or bed and breakfast. It is one of our top five in all our visits to Europe and the United States. You will enjoy your visit. Alfred and Antonia are very friendly. Though not all speak English. Several staff do speak English and this causes no problem.

molto commerciale e poco caratteristico

assolutamente troppe la 4 stelle,massimo 2, senza climatizzatore,un caldo asfissiante,colazione buona.,dotato di parcheggio esterno e connessione,camere piccole e senza aria con finestre piccolissime,siamo rimasti perchè era tutta linz piena altrimenti avremmo decisamente cambiata sistemazione.
