Beds were a bit uncomfortable, mainly due to the pillows and waking up with a stiff neck.
Apart from that, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

A really nice stay and the pool with magnificent views over the Alps on both sides was highly appreciated. Can really recommend the hotel.

Way too expensive - but you won't find a single mid-priced dish on the menu.

There were six of us and we sat in the garden. It is a nice little spot, however, the garden looks rather untidy and many tables were not set or clean at all. A friendly waiter came to the table immediately, so we ordered drinks right away without checking the respective prices.
So we were a bit surprised when we discovered this on the bill: e.g., the Campari Spritz at $8.90 (glass half full) or the chanterelle goulash with dumplings at $26.90, or rather, every main course, regardless of which one, is listed at $25 and up. The food was good - nothing more.
Of course, we should have inquired about the steep prices beforehand, but you simply do not expect these from a good, traditional inn.

Worn-out rooms with a large but very old bathroom.

We stayed there for 2 nights.
Breakfast and meals are good.
Rooms in the main building (rooms 202, 203) are clean but worn out, the bathroom is absolutely old, and the price-performance ratio is outrageous.
Hot water was out from the evening until the next day; it can happen, but just a "sorry" - and that at 240 Euros per night - well.

The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression.
The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices.
On the positive side, the sauna area was very good and well-maintained. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Additionally, the staff were polite.
