Home away from home!
My stay at Casa Peiso was absolutely fantastic! We were warmly welcomed by the family with a welcome drink. The holiday appartment is spacious and extremely well laid out. The old structure of the building blends wonderfully with the modern aspects and I felt totally at home there. In the appartment Storchblick there is a small kitchenette, dining/living area equipped with a fireplace, a modern bathroom and upstairs a spacious living/sleeping area. Next door in the shop you can buy a variety of local products and get information about the town and avtivities. The small garden is very inviting and laid out with beautiful plants... and of course I could hear the storks close by. P.S. there are good mattresses for a good nights sleep!

Great cycling vacation
We liked everything. we were on cycling vacation and spent our time in making tours around the lake Neusiedler. the hotel is perfextly located for the purpose. It is genuine and contemporary, sutiated in a perfectly renovated old house. It was spacious, the kitchenet is fully equiped with any houseware, great cofee machine, etc. The host are also very fruiendly, helpful, ready to be in favour. the y hiold also a regional and bio goods food asnd wine shop. One can have a glass of wine after cycling or take away. Great place to stay.

nice place
spend 2 nights at casa peiso. Nice place stylish and warm. missed wifi but not a big issue :)
overall resume is would recomend the place but have to go there in summer. there is really nothing to do in Moerbisch during winter.

Well thought-out accomodation
We booked this for a 2 night interlude between skiing and visiting friends. Morbisch can only be described as a ghost town during winter, many places were closed until May! However, this accomodation, attached to a large cafe/deli/wine shop was very suitable for our purpose. The couple who ran both, were very helpful (although spoke little English, similar to our German) allowing us to use laundry faclities and opening access to the shop so that we could access the internet as the coverage in our suite was very limited/non-existent most of the time. The suite, with small private courtyard was very well laid out and all space had been utilised effectively. The ground floor, kitchen, wc/shower and dining area were compact but perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was very well equipped, all that was needed in our opinion was a toaster as we had to use the grill on the microwave which was painfully slow. The bedroom area was on a mezzanine floor with a useful shelf running all the way round and adequate storage. The bed was comfortable and the black-out blinds on both velux windows were very effective. The TV and DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) worked but everything was in German. A couple of comfortable (lounging) chairs would be a useful addition to this area as the only way to watch TV was to lie in bed. There were lots of extra touches which were a pleasant surprise, such as a fruit bowl with apples, sweets, a pack of ground coffee and a selection of teabags. There was also a selection of wines available for purchase, some were thoughfully placed in the fridge prior to our arrival. This place is ideal for an independent traveller and with a Billa supermarket a 5 minute drive away, or a Spar at the end of the road, it is ideal for self-catering. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area, although a summer holiday would probably allow us to appreciate the area more. The Euro 30 cleaning charge at the end of the stay, did make it disproportionately expensive for a 2 night stay, however, we were aware of this charge when we booked.

Bei unserem Kurzaufenthalt in Mörbisch durften wir die tollen Produkte geniessen (Weine, Käse, eingelegte Nüsse, frische Trauben) draussen auf der Terrasse. Liebevoll angerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann werden wir auch die Zimmer geniessen.
