Just great
I was there for skiing in early April. The weather was a dream, the snow was top (previously it snowed a lot) and in the Kammerlander you just feel comfortable! The people are so courteous and friendly, the food is forbidden delicious and the rooms are modern yet super cozy and in the swimming pool, sauna or massage you can relax after a long day of skiing. What more could you ask for?

Four stars are not always four stars
Good hotel, but a few flaws
Very friendly staff.
Delicious food, rich breakfast.
The seating in the dining room would have to be replaced, it's a little old. You can't hang a handbag on the chair. It keeps falling off. Chairs not particularly comfortable for a dining area.
In the cozy room the problem is that you sit very hard on the benches as well, because the pillows are much too thin. Otherwise, the room is very cozy..
We had chosen the hotel especially because of the swimming pool in the wellness area. However, the water was much too cold. When you come down from an icy ski slope, 28° is just too fresh. Furthermore, the mattresses in our rooms were just way too hard that can not be done for a four-star hotel. It was improved on request, as our children could not sleep on the extra beds without a topper having to live over it. The double bed for the adults were also much too hard (it was put on our request a topper, but what not much helped )you should replace them urgently.
Overall, you can recommend the hotel but the reviews that circulate on the Internet are in my opinion too high... just because of the hard mattresses.

Our stay at the Hotel Kammerlander was an absolute highlight from the first to the last minute. What makes this house so special is not only the fantastic location at the foot of the majestic Großvenediger, but above all the extraordinary team who are passionate about it.
The staff – both at the reception, in Service and behind the scenes – has impressed us deeply with their sincere warmth and professionalism. You immediately feel that not only is a job being done here, but that each individual is passionate about ensuring the well-being of guests. The friendly and binding way in which we were welcomed and looked after throughout our stay has created an atmosphere where you do not feel like a guest but like a welcome friend.
Whether it’s a lovingly prepared breakfast, hiking tips for the spectacular mountains or an evening pampering programme – everywhere you can feel the attention to detail and the sincere desire to give guests unforgettable moments.

Great hotel!
Great experience The staff are very friendly and ready to help you with anything.
They have a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. In addition, there are playrooms for children such as table tennis and climbing wall.

A great family hotel, we would love to come back!
The Hotel Kammerlander is an absolutely recommended family hotel. We spent our summer holiday there with our two little girls and the two were very enthusiastic about the playground and the two playrooms. It is also great that, should the little ones not get involved in the delicious food offer of the children's corner, you can simply order pasta, rice or similar from the friendly staff.
We adults loved the Mood of the bar and restaurant area, the beautiful terrace, the swimming pond, the warm staff and much more.
The location is excellent, central in Neukirchen. In two minutes you can walk across the hotel's own flower meadow to the Wildkogelbahn, which is included in the Sommercard. In addition, two other cable cars, which can be used free of charge with the Sommercard, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The choice of food was great and the quality was outstanding. Everything was also immediately added if something was off, so you still had the full choice if you went to meals a little later. The opportunity to make a packed lunch for excursions was great. In addition, the coffee machine, where you could prepare coffee specialties with all meals, inspired the selection of inclusive drinks as well as the extra sweets that were available for breakfast in addition to the normal, large selection, such as waffles, rice or pancakes.
In addition, the small indoor pool was great and the swimming pond with its beautiful panoramic views we enjoyed in good weather as well.
