The Dachsteinhof really exceeded our expectations.
New rooms, great views and the hosts have the best hiking tips. There are also e-bikes to rent.
But the absolute highlight is the food. It starts at breakfast with homemade bread (where else can I find it?). The cereal and the fresh berries (Unbelievable). Herbs from our own garden. And then dinner. If it is possible to always book the same. It doesn't taste better anywhere and price-performance fit optimally. We will come back.

Großes Apartment mit Dachstein-views

we, 3 girls, booked the big apartment with views unto the Dachstein and we loved it. 2 bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, big kitchen, balcony on both sides of the house, top floor .. clean, nice and helpful staff, good location within the area of Ramsau .. We can only recomment that place ..

Very nice B&B in a great environment

We had 2 rooms in the Dachsteinhof this July for few nights and it was a very nice experience.
The Dachsteinhof is a location that at least appears to be traditional (I don't know the traditions enough to say for sure) but it makes for a nice environment in any case. It is located in Ramsau/Dachstein, not far away from many hiking tours and other attractions. What is not highlighted very much in their web appearance is that they provide the "Dachstein Sommerkarte" as well which provides free entry to quite some attractions (including the cable car up Dachstein, which I can recommend as well) and reductions on many others.
The service was really very nice which included great breakfast and the option to get lunch packages for the hiking tours.
Internet connectivity is available for free. It is not of the highest performance I have seen but good enough for most uses that I tried.

Very Nice Vacation

We had a very great time in Dachsteinhof. The owners were very friendly and nice. The room was clean and cosy. We will, for sure, return to this place. It’s our second visit and we strongly recommend it to other guests.

Einfach wunderschön

Wie schon vor zwei Jahren waren wir überaus zufrieden mit dem Dachsteinhof. Die Betreiber sind sehr herzlich und immer für ein tolles Gespräch oder Wandertipps offen. Man merkt, dass sie das was sie machen mit Leib und Seele tun :-) Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen (frisches selbstgebackenes Brot, reichliche Auswahl an Käse und Wurst, Bircher Müsli, frischer Obstsalat etc.). Auch auf Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück wird super eingegangen und wenn möglich besorgt. Es gab jeden Tag Eier wenn man das wollte (wählbar zwischen Spiegelei, Rührei oder ein 7-Minuten-Ei).
Unser Zimmer mit Balkon hatte einen super Ausblick auf die Schladminger Tauern und ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
