4 great days in See

4 great winter days we spent with our gymnastics club in See. Great place, very nice reception. Since we were 22 ladies, we were all placed together in the conservatory. Great breakfast buffet with fresh fried eggs, everything your heart desires. The varied dinner was served at the table. Fine cuisine . We could choose between 3 menu. A fun evening with dance music was organized in the bar, as well as a lantern hike through lake with explanations from the boss himself. A nice hotel. Great attentive staff. Very clean rooms. It's all TOP. We all felt very comfortable. Highly recommended for skiers as it is only a few steps to the ski lift.

Ski holidays

Already on arrival at the hotel we were welcomed with a warmth that you won't find everywhere.
We would particularly like to emphasize the service in the restaurant: attentive, friendly. We were also impressed by the cuisine – every dish was prepared with great care and exceeded our expectations. Overall we felt completely comfortable and could enjoy the time to the fullest. A hotel that you recommend with a clear conscience because you really feel appreciated as a guest there.

Nice hotel in the middle of mountains

The hotel is located in the middle of the village directly at the ski lift and centrally at many shops. The staff is super friendly and totally pleasant in dealing with guests. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Parking in front of the hotel is quite quickly out of print, but there is still parking nearby

You can't even get a fresh glass of Tyrolean tap water for a fee.

We spent four days in the hotel as a couple before Christmas. We were particularly impressed by the extremely friendly and striving staff who really put a lot of effort into making the stay as pleasant as possible for guests. The spa area and the spacious swimming pool also deserve a lot of praise – both are really first class.
The food is ok for a four-star hotel, but unfortunately not particularly remembered.
However, what annoyed us a lot is the attitude of the owners to the topic of water. For dinner we ordered a beer and a bottle of wine. But if you want a glass of water with it, it gets complicated. My wife can't tolerate the carbonation of sparkling mineral water, and we both find the still mineral water unconvincing in terms of taste. Tyrol is known for its excellent tap water – which is exactly what we would have liked to drink.
However, tap water is not offered in the hotel, even on request. We explained to the waiter that we would also like to pay for it because we are aware that providing it requires effort. Nevertheless, we were informed that it was not possible, even after consultation with the owners. This is absolutely incomprehensible to us. Is it greed? If so, this is a completely wrong approach.
This experience has greatly clouded our overall impression. For this reason, we would not book the hotel again and would not recommend it. If an otherwise nice hotel stay is negatively remembered by the refusal of a simple glass of tap water, that is a real shame.
Another detail that we noticed unpleasantly: The boss once rode with us in the elevator together, but a friendly inquiry as to whether everything was okay did not occur. This could have left a much more personal impression.
Our final remark: Owners could learn a lot from their excellent team in terms of service and friendliness.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben unser Hotel und die Leistungen zu bewerten. Für unser Hotel und besonders für unser Team freut es uns, dass Sie so positive Eindrücke mitnehmen konnten. Gerne geben wir das auch an unsere Mitarbeiter weiter.
Tiroler Leitungswasser wird uns auch in der nächsten Zeit noch als Thema bleiben. Wir servieren aktuell Mineralwasser prickelnd oder natur. Dies ist eine Entscheidung, welche ich gemeinsam mit meinem Team getroffen habe. Natürlich kann sich dies in Zukunft ändern, aktuell aber ist dies der favorisierte Weg. Sie waren bereit dafür etwas zu bezahlen. Manch anderer Gast sieht dies ganz anders und daher ist es eben nach wie vor schwer, den richtigen Weg für alle zu finden.
Mit großem Bedauern empfinde ich jedoch ihre persönlichen Worte gegenüber unserer Chefin, meiner Frau und Mutter zweier Kinder. Unser gemeinsames Bemühen allem Gerecht zu werden erfordert viel Einsatz und Energie. Meine Frau hält mir 365 Tage im Jahr den Rücken frei und dennoch ist auch Sie nicht unfehlbar. Die Freundlichkeit an einer kurzen Liftfahrt zu beurteilen bleibt natürlich Ihnen überlassen.
Zusammenfassend freue ich mich, dass Sie 4 angenehme Tage verbringen konnten, das Hotel mit seinen Annehmlichkeiten genossen haben und unser freundliches Team Ihnen eine gute Zeit beschert hat.

Ski Short Trip Ischgl, Kappl and Lake

A top hotel for skiers in the Kappl, See and of course Ischgl area.
It has first-class service starting from reception to chef! Here you can have great breakfast with eggs in all variations delicious cheese and so on!
For dinner there is a four course menu with fish or meat or vegetarian!
The rooms are super furnished and the wellness area, leaves nothing to be desired! Ski equipment in front of the door and for the suspension of ski gear is a separate basement available! What more could you want. Price performance second to none!
