Bergspitz Appartements zum Wohlfühlen

Die Bergspitz Appartements und deren tolle Lage waren die Reise wirklich wert.
Unser Appartement war ausreichend groß und wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Morgens bekamen wir frische Brötchen und konnten gut gestärkt die herrliche Landschaft, die sich direkt vor dem Haus befindet, ohne Auto erkunden. Wir werden unseren nächsten Sommerurlaub sicher wieder dort buchen.

“Broken Promises: A Stay to Forget”

Our stay was disappointing due to a significant issue with our booking. Despite reserving and paying for a specific apartment one year in advance, we were given a different room upon arrival. The hosts had reassigned our reserved apartment to repeat guests without informing us. This change was neither communicated nor acknowledged by the host, who attempted to conceal the downgrade.
When we addressed the issue, the host offered minimal compensation in the form of a dinner valued at €90, which fell short of making up for the inconvenience. Additionally, the host’s attitude was dismissive, with remarks such as “I cannot excuse myself every day for this mistake” and refusal to provide financial compensation. These interactions, combined with accusations of “childish behavior,” further diminished the experience.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the situation fairly, we will not be returning to this property.

New, great location and quiet

We stayed here for. week and the Apartments are new have a uv sauna and in the basement a finish and steam sauna. Everything is new and rubbish is collected daily and other things like toilet paper and dirty towels are replaced. Bus stop just a few meters away and free of use into to Warth and other stops. Everything is quiet and you can hardly hear any one.
The best is the bread roll service in the morning. You can order bread, rolls and danish and all is fresh an taste great!
We had a relaxing ski week.

Schön und bequemlich ausgestattete Appartements im tiefer gelegenen Teil von Warth. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. 5 Minuten mit dem Bus bis zur Steffisalp. Keine Bettwäsche nötig. Handtücher werden täglich ausgewechselt. Zusarzbestellung von Brötchen resp. Frühstück im Gemeinschaftsraum möglich.
Wellnessbereich relativ klein und spartanisch.
