Wonderful stay at the Lifesteil, absolutely recommended

We spent a few wonderful days in an apartment with a hot tub at Lifesteil. Everything was great and the staff was extremely friendly. The à la carte breakfast was also wonderful and always gave us a fantastic start to the day. If our path leads us to the Ötztal again, we will definitely come back!

Vielen lieben DANK für deine wunderbare Bewertung! Es freut uns sehr, dass du deine Tage bei uns im Appartement mit Hot Tub so genießen konntest und dich rundum wohlgefühlt hast.
Besonders schön zu hören, dass du unser freundliches Team und auch unser À-la-carte-Frühstück so positiv in Erinnerung behalten hast. Ein fantastischer Start in den Tag – genau so soll es sein!
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, dich bei deinem nächsten Aufenthalt im Ötztal wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Bis dahin alles Gute und hoffentlich auf bald im Lifesteil!

Cute hotel with a rainforest vibe. Large rooms and just about everything you would need for a simple kitchen. The pool is basically for children, at least we couldn’t find a time in which we could relax there as adults but the relaxation area was quiet and comfortable. The nude area should be with clothes since kids were walking in and out. I wish they had a bar / restaurant that was open everyday. The selection in town was minimal.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location.

Excellent hotel!
Hotel is fully equipped, it is also a hotel with apartments. So cleaning is included, but a private kitchen. Rooms are spacious, clean and very nicely decorated.
The hotel also has its own spa on the top floor. With several saunas, steam bath, rain showers. And a swimming pool.
The entire hotel is in a jungle theme.

A quiet room with good kitchenette and great sauna

I had a great stay. The kitchenette was very well equipped, including a dishwasher. Despite being close to the road, the room was quiet with the windows closed, and I hardly heard any noise from other rooms. The pool and sauna were excellent, there was a lift, and parking was easy. I'd happily stay here again.

Nice accommodation, fantastic mini-spa, unfortunately rude reception.

In general, we had a very nice stay. We were particularly impressed by the spa area. The breakfast was also excellent. The accommodation's kitchen is also well-equipped and contains everything one needs for the stay. The location is great anyway. The bar was unfortunately closed during our stay.
Unfortunately, it was quite cumbersome to redeem the gift voucher received from friends. Also disappointing was the reception at the front desk: The employee treated us in an unfriendly and arrogant manner for no apparent reason, which unfortunately tarnished the first and last impression a little.
Apart from that, however, we can recommend the accommodation and enjoyed our stay overall.

Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass dein erster Eindruck an unserer Rezeption nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Ein herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang ist uns besonders wichtig, weshalb wir deine Rückmeldung sehr ernst nehmen. Jeder Gast nimmt Situationen unterschiedlich wahr, dennoch möchten wir, dass sich vom ersten Moment an jeder bei uns willkommen fühlt.
Vielen Dank auch für deinen Hinweis zur Einlösung des Gutscheins. Unser Ziel ist es, diesen Prozess so einfach und unkompliziert wie möglich zu gestalten. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass du dies anders empfunden hast.
Wir finden es auch schade, dass unsere Botanik Bar nicht mehr jeden Tag offen sein kann. Wir hoffen, dass du sie bei deinem nächsten Besuch kennenlernen kannst – sie ist für viele unserer Gäste ein besonderes Highlight.
Umso schöner ist es, dass du uns trotz der genannten Punkte weiterempfiehlst und deinen Aufenthalt insgesamt genießen konntest.
