PERFECT, RECOMMENDED
Highly recommended hotel, starting with the excellent location for reaching all the main attractions on foot, very close to the subway, bus, and tram.
It is in a quiet area but close to several very nice and unique restaurants.
The room is top-notch, a very comfortable large bed, big LED TV, closet, nice bathroom, all with attention to detail, clean and well-maintained.
The surprise was getting up at night from bed to go to the bathroom and seeing the perimeter of the bed area illuminated to facilitate movement... a detail not to be taken for granted, never seen anywhere else.
Very beautiful breakfast room, well-furnished, warm and welcoming environment.
Breakfast is standard, good products, good cappuccino.
I would gladly return.

Central, clean, amenities not great
Decor of the hotel is very nice and is very central. Room very small.
Breakfast was below what I expected. The bar has no draft beer.
Waiter came to me to explain I was using a wine glass for orange juice???

The right choice
Of course, in Vienna, you have plenty of choices, all the districts, all the prices. The Artist Boutique Hotel is located in the 8th district, within reach of the historic center, while being quiet. First of all, this human-sized hotel has a lot of charm; the decoration, not only of the lobby but also of the hallways leading to the rooms, has been carefully chosen with great taste. Next, there are the rooms: functional, with high-quality bedding, all the expected amenities, and general cleanliness that is never found lacking. And finally, the staff, whom I found particularly empathetic and caring while being very professional. You will have an example with Mr. Martin, who works especially at breakfast, dedicating himself to his guests by combining kindness and efficiency. This is also the case with Mrs. Zahra, who can also speak to you in French (as can the hotel manager). In summary, for my part, the ideal choice to discover this wonderful capital.

Perfection at the Artist Hotel Vienna
The Artist Boutique Hotel in Vienna is one of those rare places where every single detail has been considered and it shows.
From the moment you enter, you’re surrounded by beautifully curated design. The artwork, the color palette, the décor, everything feels intentional, elegant, and cohesive. It’s not just a hotel; it’s an aesthetic experience.
The beds and bedding were absolutely divine, truly among the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. The pillows were perfect, and the rain shower was spectacular. Every element of the room was designed with comfort and beauty in mind.
What makes this hotel truly unforgettable, however, is the staff. They are gracious, kind, and incredibly attentive anticipating needs before you even have to ask. Their level of care transforms a beautiful hotel into an extraordinary experience.
The amenities are equally thoughtful. Having the ability to wash and dry clothes during our 10-day European trip was invaluable. Breakfast each morning was absolutely wonderful from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets and a wide selection of high-quality options. Even small touches, like complimentary shoe shining, reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest experience. Martin, in the kitchen, was especially kind to us!
There are simply too many thoughtful details to list.
We have traveled extensively around the world, and without hesitation, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Vienna.
