Good value if you don't mind non-functional AC

I booked this solely based on price - it was significantly cheaper than comparable options nearby, and for a one night stay that was reason enough.
Location is easy - about five minutes on foot from the Hauptbahnhof, so easy to reach from the airport and well placed for getting around. The surrounding area is unpretentious with local shops and cafes and perfectly fine to walk around, unlike some other European city-centre station areas.
The room looked freshly refurbished, though the bed was on the soft side. Everything was clean and quiet - the only issue I had was the heat. The windows opened fully, which would have been ideal, but they faced a busy road so keeping them open wasn't really an option. With the air conditioning not working despite apparently being on, the room ended up hot and stuffy, which wasn't great.
That said, at this price it's hard to complain too much. Worth it for a night if you're not planning to spend much time in the room, or if you're visiting in the colder months!

Staff members, Khalid, Anna were very helpful. They changed my room due to AC issues with the first room. Unfortunately the second room AC worked only one day. The next day it becomes warm. In room temperature can't get below 28C. Free coffee for all guests is great. But we won't be back. Can't sleep in hot summer without a proper working AC

Hotel near the Belvedere museum

For a group of three, this hotel had a great room - one queen bed and one single bed (which was not a pull out couch). The location was convenient- close to the Belvedere museum and gardens, and not too far to walk into the heart of Vienna. The neighborhood was pretty residential and walkable (and not noisy), and we found several restaurants close by. Room and hotel was clean and modern. It was a good value.

Conveniently located near the central train station in Vienna and clean rooms, but service and bathroom facilities were poor. We had two rooms here. One of the rooms did not come with any shampoo or body wash - the bottles were there but completely empty at check in. There were not enough towels for the guests in our party. There was a large mosquito in the room which we told the staff about, but they shrugged it off. The showers were poorly designed, as other commenters have pointed out, as the tubs are high up and hard to enter and exit. This is a problem for elderly or mobility impaired guests. The single elevator was slow and small. Okay hotel only.

Avoid to avoid disappointment

My experience at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected from the Sheraton brand.
I arrived at approximately 22:30 only to be informed that no room was available for me, despite having a confirmed reservation. Instead, I was told that an alternative hotel had been arranged. I specifically chose this property because of its proximity to the main train station, and the alternative accommodation did not meet this essential requirement.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication beforehand. No one attempted to contact me by phone, message, or through the app to inform me that my booking could not be honored. Had I been notified in advance, I could have made my own arrangements and avoided unnecessary stress late at night.
The response from the staff on-site was also disappointing. When I explained that the alternative hotel was not suitable, no meaningful solution or assistance was offered. Given the reputation of the Marriott/Sheraton brand, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care.
In the end, I was forced to find and arrange my own accommodation nearby at short notice, which was stressful, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable after a long journey.
I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
