In Vienna, only this hotel!!!
I was here for the second time (first time in 2025) - everything from A to Z was simply first class. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the service! Unfortunately, I was only here for two nights, as I had to continue to Brussels. In Vienna, I only want to stay here. And the hotel is also quite affordable!

Great location, walking distance to many of the main attractions (museum, theater, cathedral, restaurant and shops) as well as metro/tram/bus The street is super quite even though is close to everything.

Excellent
Very well located, near the city center of Vienna. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. Very professional and attentive staff. Another strong point: the breakfast with a very wide selection.

Rude staff at check-in and misinformation about rooms
Horrible check-in experience. Not the level of hospitality that we have come to expect as seasoned travelers. We were treated very badly by a rude staff member late in the evening after traveling a full day. We had requested interleading rooms for my 2 kids and my husband and I, 4 days before we our stay and the hotel acknowledged it over email and said they noted it on the system yet when we got to the hotel to check-in, we were told there are no interleading rooms. The staff member that checked us in needs a lesson in hospitality
