A wonderful evening!

A wonderful evening! The food was excellent, the whole team very attentive and warm. A special thank you to our waiter Harry, who made the evening perfect with his Austrian charm and entertaining manner. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Vienna!

NEVER STAY HERE

We were given self check in instructions and when we arrived the key was not there. We tried to message and call the property on booking.com and their number but got no response. We emailed booking.com and they told us the property said they could no longer host us. We never received any information from them until the next day when they gave us check out information which wasn’t helpful as we had to stay somewhere else. Very lucky we could find other accommodations. Would not recommend at all. After I wrote this negative review they charged us for a stay we did not make an have not responded to a single message requesting a refund.

Arrived at apartment at 4 in the afternoon and it was boiling hot. Pressed the button on the wall for air conditioning and nothing happened. We phoned the contact number and were told that the air conditioning was in the walls!! On looking on line, nowhere could I find any mention of air conditioning in walls!! Boiling hot all night. The next day we asked them to check it and received an e mail during the day to say it was all okay and that the temperature only goes down by 3 degrees! Absolutely uncomfortable stay as the bed was foam and there were only two pillows. For the duration of our stay we hardly slept because of the heat and the bed. Only 2 medium and 2 small towels were there for a three night stay and there was not even a tea towel in the kitchen.
Altogether very expensive for a ruined trip

worst accomadation in vienna

Except location every thing else is terrible.when I booked thru expedia.ca I knew that I was paying for location.The apartment is small but the worst thing is the flooring in the main room it is old broken wood floor,walking on it makes a very terrible sound as if you are walking on broken glass or ice.If any body is sleeping the other can not walk on floor because noise will wake the other.Since day one I complained but without any response or action and even Expedia could do nothing but only apologize so 4 nights were spent in total agony. My advise be away from this apartment at any cost because there is no way you can contact any body in
case of any emergency or complaint. Expedia unfortunately didn't any thing even our booking and contract with them.

Ofenloch Apartments Vienna

we were not told area pedestrianised so taxi could not access it. no info re emergency numbers, rubbish disposal or local grocery shops. Booked for 3 but only 2 cups and scant cutlery and china.
Bedding poor quality
very noisy local environment .
lift smelt musty.
After 3 days checked in to a decent hotel
