Perfect location and excellent value.
The room was a really good size, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent shower, nice furnishings and toiletries.
There is a very nice bar on the ground floor with reasonably priced drinks, I was surprised. It is open until late, so very useful after the opera for a cocktail whilst you are still on a high!
The breakfast was busy, but with plenty of space. The standard and choice of food on offer was excellent. The staff were very helpful and efficient.
I shall be staying here again in March!

However, the lack of some basic amenities was just mind-boggling, considering the hotel has meeting rooms and looks like a 4 star hotel with the good buffet breakfast (more on that later).
There is no fridge, no tea kettle and most bizarrely no laundry service of any kind offered by/at the hotel. Meaning there is no self laundry, no order laundry and no third-party laundry service through the hotel. How is that even possible?!! There are also no vending machines, and apparently the bar doesn't work 24 hours.
The buffet breakfast has a lot of items, everything seems tasty, however it in the three days we stayed at hotel, it was not changed even one bit throughout the stay.
