Spacious, clean apartment with great connectivity

Stayed here for 3 nights Nov 23t o 25. Spacious, clean apartment with great connectivity. We took bus 5 from westbahnhof and walked 100m to the apartment. 13A which is from the opp side of the same street took us the hbf for our day trip to Melk and also train to Budapest. Trams 43, 44 stop right in front of the apt and take us to Scottentor from where we could go anywhere as there re many connections. Billa supermarket is 100m away.
On the negative side, the heater never worked, the hot water is moderated at a less than real hot temperature. We did not mind these because of the other positives. W got a late checkout as well after our 3 night stay

Value for money

Great value, very close to centre. Apartment was clean & spacious. Only thing is that it's fairly noisy as it is near the centre & a tram line runs right past the front. We slept well though, bed was comfy. Noise didn't bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again. Man on reception was very helpful & speaks good English.

Great location, large apartment.

The location we used was at Rennweg 33a. The apartment was very large, well equipped with dishes and pots, stove and refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was ample and comfortable. The best thing about this apartment was that it was a few steps away from the metro and across the street from a tram stop. Excellent for getting around. However, a nice 15 minute walk would get you to where the opera house is and many of the attractions. Although the metro was right below the apartment complex, simply closing the windows would take 90% of the noise out. The minus of this apartment complex is the outside of the building: it is a bit drab. Additionally, the inside hallway to the rest of the building was unnecessarily dirty with scoff marks on the walls and several fliers (from the post) on the floor that didn't get picked up for a few days. A simple cleaning and slap of paint would do it wonders. A definite plus is the laundry room where one can wash and dry some clothes. The apartment had plenty of closet space and the bathroom was large and nice. The apartment itself was nice and clean.

A old appartment close to city centre

Hi i had been here for 2 nights. The best part is it close to centre vienna.
Reaching this place for first timers might be difficult but once u trace it out commuting want be much difficult. .
The appartment is very basic but quite sufficient for budget travellers.
It good have been much better with little renovation

Good value but in need of repair

We had a spacious apartment that was clean with a comfortable bed at a very good price. Beyond that, you get what you pay for.... Several aspects of the apartment are in need of repair. There are holes in the curtain, unfinished parts in the kitchen, missing baseboards, damaged/worn furniture. The lack of wi-fi in the room was a disappointment. At one point, cooking doors from another apartment were entering the room until I realized that the exhaust fan was not connected properly. The location is on a tram line so access is fairly easy.
