Great Location - Family Friendly Hotel - Great hosts

Rainer and now his sister, who runs Hotel Matthew, makes this a wonderful family friendly place to stay. This was our 4th visit. The hotel is 5 minute walk from the Flying Mozart and 1 minute from a bus stop that takes you to a variety of ski lifts

A wonderful family place to stay. Skiing excellent

This was the 3rd we have stayed with Rainer.
This year we took one of his chalets and I could not recommended it more highly. The chalet is perfect for a family (or 2) and has great proportions. It has great views along with a very comfortable area to sit out in. The chalet is less than a 10 minute walk to the Fly Mozart ski lifts (less by bus), Pizza takeaway, The Almonte Restaurant and local Spar shop.
The skiing was amazing with very little queuing to get on the lifts. In 2020 the Wagrain pistes will be linked to another amazing area for skiing, which is perfect for the kids as it off piste trails, jumps etc etc.
Prices are reasonable. For a family of 4 - takeaway pizzas < Euro 45, Dinner at Almonte < Euro 150, lunch in a mountain hut < Euro 50.

PERFECT

A perfect place for families, fabulous for kids everything you need is in the apartment.
The garden has animals trampoline pool ping pong table and more.
Also in the house a kids room with many games
The owner is really nice and helpful
You can send your laundry for a small payment
PERFECT

Beutifful, great for famlies!

We spent a week at the Rustika. Our kids (4,6) loved it and so have we. The owner Rainer was welcoming and helpful, and the place is clean and maintained to the highest standards. The farm animals and trampoline were favorites among the kids.

Excellent accommodation for families

Beautiful accommodation, green spacious grounds, a small pool, and lots of attractions for kids, including a trampoline, soccer, ping pong table, ponies, chickens, rabbits, buggy ride, and more. Room is modern, spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, plates, glasses, and more.
