Avoid don’t book here !!
I stayed here for a ski trip with my school and it didn’t feel like a hotel. The front door was smashed which instantly put us on edge. The food is really underwhelming and disappointing. The rooms are dirty and some key appliances are broken. The hospitality was so poor that they put 6 people in a 2 Person room, it was just mattresses on the floor as they had overbooked.all of the camp beds were not sturdy so they broke easily which left some people without a bed. We had to book another hotel for the rest of our weekly stay in Austria as we only stayed for one night. Please don’t book here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This hotel is totally disgusting, starting from the food and ending with the room. The mattresses are very old and the pillows are full of dirt. This Hotel needs a total refurbish.
The receptionist is also the waiter , he takes care of everything , all jobs done by one man. The wifi is terrible, you have to log in each time . This is totally disgrace.

Very basic
I went there with a tour and they were booked in this hotel. I certainly would not have chosen it myself. The room was clean and shower/toilet also, on our arrival. No hooks in shower to hang clothes. The room and shower were never cleaned during our 7day stay. Just made our beds and changed towels and emptied the waste bin.
The breakfast was good and varied, and the staff were nice, but spoke only German. The evening meal was not so good. Traditional pasta with meat instead of potatoes, and the salad was just lettuce and few pieces of tomatoes, but the price of the meals was ok. Dessert was quite good.
The location is good for those visiting Tyrol.

A rip off
Having read through the reviews ,I can confirm that this hotel should not be classified as a three star hotel. What is very upsetting is that I was with a group of people from Malta who booked with a leading travel agency Brittania Tours and who apparently had taken other tours there .They surely must have known about the state of this hotel .Even reading through all the comments is enough to make one shudder .We were definitely ripped.off .Meals were monotonous and of poor quality .The only warm thing at breakfast was the beverage .All good was of dubious origin .Bread was always stale .Rooms on rd floor were very small and dowdy .Towels were frayed ,pillow was a farce ,linen had seen better days.No shower gel ,toilet bowl was stained ,t.v only had German programs .,keys opened.most other rooms !!!.Same two staff day in day out .Very tired looking ,no uniforms ,couldn't speak a word of English .Receptionist was invisible except for a few hours the.last three days ,a
surly woman who could only speak German .No warm water.in the evening .
We paid for a gala night .What a farce !!!! One lonely man trying to conjure up some music .Food was deplorable Smoked salmon on a slice of toast ?? Chicken noodle soup from a packet ?? Need I go in ? Avoid at all costs .

Opposite a church with bells ringing loudly at 7.00am 25 and another 25 times
No staff at reception
No staff speaks English
No English channels on tv
WiFi is very limited
