Amazing Eva and her ideal studios!

Eva is amazing! She is a wonderful host. Very personable and ensured everything was just right during our stay. The free shuttle was a god send! The location is ideal, a 2 minute walk to the beach and bars with a supermarket on the way! The room was basic (economy studio, room 4) but for the price we paid we would not expect anything more! Eva did say this was the next room to be refurbished so next year will be different! You got beautiful views of the sea, mountains and pool, you couldn’t ask for more!
The bathroom was more of a wet room which isn’t ideal but we managed, it wasn’t the end of the world! The pool was ok but no showers or toilets near which was frustrating but with the beach so close, we didn’t really use the pool anyway!

Terrible - Avoid it

We paid in advance for 2 days to stay a week. We stayed a day and we run away from there. Too old 80s fashion rooms (I stayed at no1 but I saw similar reviews for no2 and 3). The room was almost on the main road, the 2 doors have small window which could not close and isolate the road's noise. The windows has no curtains at all. So, the sleep was a nightmare as the public bus made its stop almost inside the room. The TV was a defective old fashion one. Really, how much a new small TV costs? No sense of tourist services or basic room decoration. It is unacceptable to offer these kind of rooms for rent. Not only I loose my money but I got nervous and also I loose 1 vacation day which is the most important for me. Lucky we found another great place to stay. Avoid it...

Avoid it

We unfortunately spent over a week to Nikoletta studios. Although the rooms are cleaned every day they immediately need complete renovation. Furnitures doors and windows are very old. Only the bathrooms in some rooms were recently renovated but the shower space is very small without any curtain having as a result the whole bathroom to be full of water after you take a shower. The hotel is located exactly on the main road of Agios Prokopios which is very busy and noisy 24 hours. Due to the awful windows and doors it is impossible to sleep and relax. You think that you stay in a Big City instead of a small village in a Greek island. Moreover after nine in the morning the noise due to cleaning service is very annoying. If you are unlucky a room to check in or check out while you are sleeping it is time you wake up. Generally speaking you need earplugs to sleep.

Amazing and super helpful staff!!!

The owners are super friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!!! Pick up and drop off from the port is a big plus, and on the last day they stored our luggage and let us use the shower in one of the other rooms, which we were so grateful for!!! Pool is a really nice addition, clean and refreshing! Internet worked great. The rooms are pretty simple and need a bit of renovation, but they have all you need and it is a value for money. Would definitely recommend it and will return for sure!
