Great place to stay in Astypalea

Excellent location(3 minutes walk from the beach), clean, beautiful and functional area.The view of the castle from the terrace unique! Daily cleaning and breakfast preparation products offer.
Mr. Drugas friendly, polite, helpful!! !

Highly recommended

Excellent location and wonderful service. Warm welcome from Iannis, who is the perfect host, well educated and extremely courteous. Hotel-like style, with daily cleaning, very good offer for breakfast, frequent change of linen and towels. You can ask all sort of information, from archeology to beaches, and be sure to get a satisfactory answer. Iannis is very helpful with your needs, from renting a car to laundry and other. I shouldn't recommend it to keep it all for us, but it would be dishonest. Highly recommended and we'll certainly get back. Livadi is the best place in Astypalaia due to easy commuting with Chora and Port, on the one hand, and the best beaches, on the other.

Mr. Giannis is impeccable, an amazing person, very kind, tireless, organizational, GENTLEMAN in every sense of the word. The rooms are huge, fully equipped, with high-speed internet, spotlessly clean, with large balconies and a fantastic view, with all amenities and with a daily supply of the essentials for breakfast and more. I think it has to be one of the best accommodations if not the best on the island and with very reasonable and fair prices.

Wonderful week

Picked up from port, 5 mins to little Livadi studios at first sight looked lovely, inside did not disappoint, lovely room with balcony looking to the sea, lots of cupboard space, nice bathroom with shower cabinet so no wet floor, huge comfy bed that I could have brought home, breakfast was plentiful & delicious lots of little touches like the basket with cakes biscuits, crackers etc, loved the coffee machine. Yianis the owner was so helpful, would highly recommend & would definitely stay again
