Clean and comfortable hotel. No front desk staff was a bit of an issue for us…..we aren’t use to the all digital type room and building entry. Once we got in and in our room it all worked out. We had stayed previously when it was under a different setup and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return with our family.
Location is great with close proximity to train, major sightseeing and places to shop and eat. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Athens.

We ended up at this hotel when the last place we were staying up that had a bedbug situation. It was like an oasis in the storm, and we were so appreciative they don’t have staff per se, and I’d never stayed in a hotel like that before, but once I figured out how it all worked, it was great. We even had an issue with the air conditioning and tech support through the app, headed up and running in no time

Having stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, I can confidently say the location is unbeatable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and offer excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay. The shower pressure is superb, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends, especially those seeking a budget-friendly, welcoming, and centrally situated place to stay.

The whole communication with them was through WhatsApp messenger.
I notified them the first night that the room was cold: The A/C was set to "cool" mode and it was not possible for me to change it. They sent me a video with the buttons I was supposed to press, but the control panel said that it was centrally locked. The next day I sent a video showing that it cannot be changed, and they replied that they would inform the team. Several hours later (at night) it was still not fixed, the room was freezing, and they answered that there was no staff available. Their advice was to turn off the A/C and close the windows, to prevent further cooling... It was only fixed after 2 nights.
