Very good choice.

We stayed there from 3 to 7 March , accompanying a group of 39 students from Italy .
Very pleasant our stay there.
Clean rooms, very good buffs and friendly staff.
A warm thank you to the staff at the reception , in Despensa and Cilia , as well as the restaurant in Salome , and of course the amazing Master Apostle , for all the help they offered to our group .
We will be back soon!!!

Better hotels in city center

Rooms and lobby are nice. Location seemed very unsafe. Lots of sketchy people sitting around the hotel. Felt very unsafe walking at night even in a large group. We saw prostitutes and needles around the sidewalk surrounding the hotel. We believe that an employee stole from us and nothing was done. Hotel staff even became defensive and put the blame on us. You can find a better place to stay.

Central, clean, and good attention from the staff.

Close to the tourist center. The staff's attention is very good.
The room is spacious and very clean.
It is surprising that they change the towels every day, yet they do not touch the bottom sheet; they only place the comforter back on top.

Really appreciated the very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. All was really fine with the hotel and service. Only concern was more with the neighborhood which is not great. Felt unsafe to walk at night. I realize the hotel can't control that but it's good for travelers to know.

But...

Good location but in an absolutely thrilling neighborhood junkies and prostitutes. The hotel was clean but the staff was not very courteous. The air conditioning? Nonexistent .. nights of fire and it was about 15 degrees.
