Spa = Paradise on earth / Second to None
This Hotel is in a class of its own . Had my first Spa day in this hotel and honestly it couldn't have been better . First impressions count .. Roxani lady on the Reception knows how to treat her guests .Polite , cheerful, helpful , kind , genuine smile , professionalism certainly was a good start to my experience .
All week had breakfast in the upstairs outdoor cafe brilliant view , super comfy chairs 100% customer satisfaction from polite Alexandros his huge smile lit up the room even though we were first customers . Not forgetting all the other kind staff we encountered. Have eaten here many times over the years .

From check-in to check-out our stay was perfect! No issues, only compliments! Room, pool, beach, food, staff, spa, and other hotel guests were fantastic.

Prefect hotel for families who want relaxing vacation
The hotel is in an excellent location, approximately a 40-minute drive from the airport. It features large, quiet swimming pools and a private beach with sunbeds and shaded areas. The rooms are comfortable, each with a balcony and a partial sea view.
The hotel is very close to Glyfada, which offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants. There are also several very good seafood restaurants along the promenade directly opposite the hotel.
The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is generous, delicious, and of high quality.
The room was very clean .
Good value for money.

Good hotel but not a 5-star!
On paper, it is a 5-star, however, the service is not up to the standard of a 5-star, particularly regarding housekeeping (room cleaned quickly without precision, with oversights, notably trash, changing towels, and dusting). Big disappointment on that level! The breakfast is high quality and the products are numerous; the staff makes the necessary efforts. Providing paper cups in the rooms is not up to the standard of a 5-star and is not very eco-friendly... in 7 days... I was able to collect about twenty unused cups...
Pleasant beach and nice pools despite a peculiar management of bath towels (cards, no cards, one towel per person, sometimes two). Once again, not worthy of a 5-star!
The valets seem more interested in taking care of a Mercedes... than in helping a couple with children in a rental Renault load their suitcases...
In the end, a good stay, but certain details must be improved compared to other hotels in the region...
