AMAZING LOCATION BUT PROPERTY NEEDS WORK

This place deserves 3 stars BUT, the amazing front desk staff made it up to four. PLEASE DO NOT BLAME THEM FOR ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY TRY THEIR BEST.
This place opened in 2017, I’m assuming it’s an old store or something due to the service style elevator.
ROOM- Our room had a balcony and sometimes we heard running water, we finally discovered that there was water leaking from upstairs. Even the shower, water leaked through the plaster thing on the floor. HOWEVER, the room was very clean. I can’t complain on that front, HOUSE KEEPING IS THE BEST.
BREAKFAST- SUCKS. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD. FRESH, BUT COLD. THEY DON’T HAVE A MICROWAVE. After attempting a 2nd day to have breakfast, we just decided we can’t eat cold food. It’s such a bummer because the spread is lovely. I personally had a few pastries and drank tea from my room. I was a bit disappointed because for what we payed we wanted to take advantage of the breakfast. Unfortunately cold eggs, ham and other things are gross. They have an oven and if you ask they heat the food for you but it must be a toaster over cuz the food was still cold.
ROOM SERVICE- we had dinner from the kitchen and it was tasty. The lady who brought it up was nice as well.
LOCATION- could not be better. You are in the Kolonaki district. Louis, Hermes, Prada, Dior, Gucci and Chanel are ALL A MINUTE WALK from the hotel. I came to shop so I was happy.
OVERALL- plenty of things with this building could be better. I assume mold will start to grow from these rooms soon if these water leaks aren’t fixed. They make enough money can get all these things fixed along with getting the stained up furnitures fixed.
I didn’t have a bad time but the mentioned issues can be fixed to bring this place to 5 stars.
I do recommend for a short stay tho.

Smart

The most beautiful and smart hotel I have ever been !!! The spaces rooms and very clean , the best helpful staff , very very tasty breakfast and super made coffees, a la carte restaurant is very nice , it costs the money paid ( price and the quality). The location is the best for Athens ! It made me feel home ! Thank you very much for all !!!

Smart

The most beautiful and smart hotel I have ever been before in Athens ! The location, the space rooms, the best staff ever, very very tasty breakfast , coffee is excellent, the a la carte restaurant, all in one amazing boutique hotel! Location is the best for Athens in the heart of Syntagma square! The price and the quality in one !!! Thank you , thank you many times !!! I would always come back there , cos they made me feel home ❤️

Great place and service

Very helpful, friendly and kind staff. Food was fresh and delicious. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Spent best family time.

Very good choice

Very good location. Walking everywhere. Modern hotel. Comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast included in the rate is excellent. The restaurant very good prices. It's on a pedestrian with the big marks in the locals around. Two blocks from Plaza Sintagma and 5 blocks from Ermou Street than to the pedestrian that leads to Monastiraki.
