Wonderful stay in Bali

Wonderful studio, spotless, modernly decorated, with a breathtaking view of the entire bay. The man who served us was very kind, willing to help us, with a huge smile of a genuine Cretan!!!

Disappointing, stay ruined by many problems

We stayed in a studio "sea view" of 14 m2, but our experience was very disappointing, unlike our stay the previous year in the same type of room.
First, the sea view was obstructed by a building, and the balcony, much smaller than last year, did not allow for comfortable accommodation for two.
The sliding door to the balcony closed badly, and a large hole in the mosquito net let in bugs.
The maintenance leaves something to be desired: the air conditioning gave off a strong smell of mould, forcing us to sleep with the balcony door open, which amplified the noise nuisance (noisy quads from 9am and village karaoke until the morning). In addition, a cigarette smell coming from the balcony was particularly annoying for non-smokers.
The kettle was rusty, making it impossible to make a tea, and household appliances were dusty. Plumbing was problematic: the bathroom foamer projected water in all directions, and hot water was unavailable overnight Sunday to Monday.
Bleach stains on the carpet and the absence of kitchen towels (we had to use the bath towels) reinforced the feeling of neglect.
The Housekeeping Service was only available from 4 nights, which deprived us of clean towels daily. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, with frequent interruptions during peak hours. The toiletries advertised as free amounted to a half-empty soap, already used.
Parking, said to be free, was limited, and we found ourselves without a place several times.
Finally, the configuration of the two single beds side by side was not suitable for a couple, making sleeping uncomfortable. Despite our comments, especially on outdated coffee capsules (as last year, with no solution proposed), the staff simply apologized without offering any compensation or concrete solution.
We are extremely disappointed by this experience, which ruined much of our stay in Bali. We will not return and do not recommend this property in its current condition.

Gorgeous interior design. Stayed in Room 6 for 1 night in winter. Very quiet and beautiful view. The design and finishes in the room were extraordinary for a small room. The patio was big with a nice view as well as the stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture. I was warm, comfortable, safe and quite happy. Will definitely be back in summer

This is a great place!

I don't have enough words to thank the people that is running this hotel. The lady that answers for your booking in the phone is very polite and helpful. You really feel that she is trying to help you as much as she can. Thank you very much that you made our staying in your hotel so pleasure. We will definitely come back . Thank you very much.
