A place to enjoy and relax with some hill training to boot
A beautiful hotel with nice rooms, clearly worth paying a little extra for the sea view.
Had breakfast included and there was plenty of good to choose from. It was extra nice that there was a lot of fresh fruit to choose from.
We chose a room with a separate bedroom and both the bed and sofa beds in the kitchen area were very good to sleep on. If I were a family with kids, I'd be missing a microwave.
The pools were clean and nice and pleasant to swim in.
We love cats so that there were a lot of cats was no problem for us.
The hill was hard but good there was elevator which it was clearly informed about.
The woman in the minimarket was so nice and the prices were good.
A BIG PLUS that sun loungers with parasols at Gogona beach bar are included, they otherwise cost 10 Euro per day in low season

- The food was so bad, that we asked for our money back for all inclusive and the staff was rude
- The air conditioner smelt bad every time we turned it on…
- When the pool was cleaned early in the morning, they made so much noise that they woke us all up..

Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment with private pool at Caldera Village, Agia Marina
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this nice 2-bedroom apartment at Caldera Village in Agia Marina. The apartment is modern, well planned and offers everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. What really lifts the experience is the private pool and the large terrace – a perfect place for morning coffee, lazy days in the sun or a cooling evening swim.
The pool area feels both quiet and exclusive, with plenty of space for sun loungers and relaxation. The pictures barely do justice to the lovely atmosphere. The apartment is fresh, well cleaned and offers a high level of comfort that makes you quickly feel at home.
Caldera Village is located on a hill with beautiful views of the area and the sea. The resort is well maintained with several pools, friendly staff and a relaxed holiday feeling. We especially appreciated the spacious apartments, the convenient location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops of Agia Marina.
For us, the combination of the private pool, the quiet environment and the proximity to the hustle and bustle of Agia Marina was just perfect. Here you get both privacy and convenience in one and the same accommodation.
In conclusion: A great holiday accommodation for couples or smaller families looking for comfort, relaxation and a little extra luxury. We leave with many fond memories and gladly return!

Impressive modern resort .
Lovely welcome at reception ( Elisa ? ) and we discussed various options and were allocated a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a sea view. Parking close by . Breakfast were very nice .
Caldera Village is very new and the accommodation is very spacious and well designed . Lovely pools and always plenty of sunbeds to be had . It is at the top of the hill , and therefore steep in places .

Excellent stay, would highly recommend to anyone
I travelled to Crete with my girlfriend and stayed for a week all inclusive, we couldn't have had a better time. From the moment we got there the staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel itself was super clean. The food was amazing, we had 3 meals a day as well as a snack bar and it was all fresh and tasty. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and a very large balcony, our room itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the seaside and was a very easy walk to do. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and relaxing, we had a very chilled out time. Overall it was very good value for money and we were very happy with the service of the hotel.
