Prostě dokonalý ve všech směrech!
Perfektní poloha, báječné ubytování, skvělý personál, dobré jídlo v sousední restauraci. Nemohu doporučit toto ubytování dost na výzdobu, úroveň čistoty všechno bylo 1 třída ulice.
Musím zmínit recepční recepční Rouly, která byla tak nápomocná.

Prostě wow!
Vrcholem naší doby na Krétě! ! Jaký hotel! Věděli jsme, že od chvíle, kdy jsme si rezervovali pokoj (panoramatická vířivka), bude velkolepé, ale nic nás nepřipravilo na ohromnou krásu výhledů na 180 stupňů přes moře, pláž a hory. Samotný pokoj byl bez poskvrny a design krásný. Vybrali jsme si místnost, protože jsme věděli, že naše bolavé nohy, po chůzi Samaria Gorge, ocení vířivku a opravdu to udělali - nutnost pro každého, kdo vzdaluje těch 18 km! Roula je pro hotel absolutní devizou - její komunikace a přivítání byly vřelé a bezchybné a cítili jsme se spíše, jako bychom se domluvili, abychom zůstali s rodinou, než na místě, kde jsme nikdy nebyli. Jaké místo, jaký výhled! Vrátíme se! ! !

Dokonalá dovolená
Právě jsme se vrátili z nádherného týdne v luxusních apartmánech v Kalamaki. apartmány jsou prostorné a dobře navržené. vše, co potřebujete, bylo zahrnuto z zařízení na přípravu čaje na mýdlo a zubní kartáček. umístění je perfektní přímo na moři.
Michael a jeho rodina a zaměstnanci vám nemohli pomoci. jídlo bylo báječné

A truly luxurious stay, with staff that make you feel like a part of the family. Cannot recommend enough!
Overview:-
Firstly, they really are not lying when they say the suites are luxury because we felt like royalty with our room and stay.
We stayed here for 6 nights and we genuinely did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, Vanessa made us feel so warm and welcome.
Room:-
We stayed in the Master Suite with Hot Tub and Panoramic Sea View - and all I can say is WOW, and WOW again! This room was something you would find in your dreams.
The views were nothing short of spectacular and utterly breathtaking.
The room itself is spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and very good air con unit (which was perfect when the temperatures were almost at 30 degrees!). The room also has a good mini fridge (which actually keeps drinks cold!), a shower unit with good pressure, a separate toilet room, balcony with two chairs and a table which overlooks the sea below and of course, the hot tub with jets, which is set overlooking the stunning views of the beach. There genuinely was nothing that could be added to this room, it was fully equipped which made the stay relaxing.
Staff:-
Vanessa made us feel so warm and welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She was more than happy to give us tips on things to do in the area and genuinely there is not a bad thing we could say about the service and reception we received.
The Kalamaki restaurant also owned by Vanessa and Stephanos is absolutely superb too. I’ve left a separate review on both Google and Trip Advisor so have a look there for a more detailed review! But all I will say is it is 10/10. During our 6 night stay, we ate there almost every day whether for breakfast, dinner or just for drinks and the food really is, in our opinion “elevated and mastered homely cooked Greek food”. My family are Greek and I can truly say the food brought back amazing memories for me. Cannot recommend enough.
Stephanos and his attentive and welcoming and purely wholesome staff have really made this experience special - we were made to feel like we were a part of their family from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay
The apartment was stunning along with the view. We stayed in the Luxury Suite with panoramic view and hot tub. The hotel only has 6 rooms and is family run.
The hotel has an adjoining family run beach restaurant. We ate there most mornings for breakfast and lunch - very nice indeed.
The cocktails were delicious too - Strawberry Daquiris and Pina Colada - yummy.
The beach was lovely and the sea was gorgeous, free sunbeds if you are staying in the hotel.
Chania is a must, its beautiful and lively. Lovely shops, harbour and wonderful food. Bus stop outside hotel. 1.60 euro from Kiosk for the bus and takes 15 - 20 mins.
Lots of beach bars if you fancy a walk (in both directions).
About an hour walk to Platanias along the beach.
But most of all a big thank you to all the staff. Vanessa who greeted us and provided us with information around the island, Alexandra (mum) who is a lovely lady. She bought cakes and took them round to everyone in the restaurant - personal touches mean a lot.
The owners and all the restaurant staff welcomed us every day with a smile, they were so polite and genuine lovely people. But a big big thank you to Vaselos (we called him vaseline ) who looked after us with drinks, food and reserved 2 sunbeds for us every day. Also he had the best smile.
Stephanos and Brother (sorry not sure on name and the spelling) you should be so proud of your staff, they are truly lovely hardworking people.
The area is peaceful but still has lots of restaurants and places to visit or just stay on the lovely sandy beach.
