Chania's best hotel

Great experience, nice rooms, near beach, near supermarkets.
Very good staff, especially Ellias at reception, gold host.

Perfectly situated apartments, gorgeous beach just a walk through the hotel garden. Beach bar for drinks and snacks. Lovely warm clean swimming pool. Close to tavernas, supermarkets etc. Large car park, apartment cleaned daily. Highly recommend a stay here

Very valid

Clean and spacious rooms, directly on the sea and with direct access to the beach. the owner is extremely helpful. There is also a swimming pool.
Very valid solution and as a starting point for excursions on the island

Very nice apartments - second visit

This is our second visit to these apartments, the last visit was in 2019. The apartments are spacious, well decorated and can sleep 4. Kitchenettes have fridge, two rings cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and juicer, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and crockery. All have balcony or terrance, inside seating area for 4, TV, AC, safes and included in the price. The pools, adukt and children's are set in the nice gardens set back from the beach. The pool and its poolside sun beds are only for guests. On our last visit the snack bar was closed, this time it was open, although only from midday. This is operated by an independant business (Palms) and has sun beds and table and chairs for its clients. Maria's has its own free beach sun beds and umbrellas for guests only, however this situation may change in 2023 as Palms intend taking over the whole beach area and charge Marita’s guests, we understand the intended fee is €10 per pair of sun beds and umbrella and this then gives clients a €10 credit at the bar and snack bar. This will not affect the pool side sun beds. Shops, restaurants, car hire ATMs are all within easy walking distance from the apartments. There is a large free car park in the front of the apartments. We had a light in the bathroom fail and a noisy AC from the room below ours, both were fixed the following day, so that was excellent. Hot water is very hot, but when the weather is cloudy or the apartments are full this can run out or be cooler. Wifi is free but only operates in the rooms and the immediate area and is not very fast, but is stable. Palms operate Wifi on the beach but for their customers, but doesn't reach as far as the Marita’s sun bed area. In 2019 there was a children’s play area this has now been removed, also the garden which was well maintained, but now it is now bit overgrown and a little unkempt. We like these apartments a lot and intend to return provided the beach side sun beds are reasonably priced.

Like a little green oasis, quiet and peaceful, well kept gardens , a few steps to the lovely pool and then a few more to sandy beach. Staff helpful and friendly.
