Holiday in Rhodes
I stayed at this property with my husband for a week at the beginning of July. We had a really good time because the owners are very courteous and kind. Vasilina really very sweet. Cleanliness is excellent both in the room and in the rest of the structure. We also used the swimming pool: clean and quiet. At night you can rest very well because it is not in the center but you can easily reach it in a few minutes. The room also has a small balcony where we had breakfast in the morning. I will always have fond memories of Rhodes and this welcome. The Greeks and Greece never disappoint us!

Absolute gem!
I don’t think I can say enough good things about these apartments. Let me me clear they aren’t the lap of luxury, it’s what you pay for, however everything was absolutely excellent. The rooms are really tastefully decorated, small kitchen area. I had a hairdryer (less luggage), WiFi and air con was provided in the cost as was a safe. More than this, the room was spotless and really well maintained daily! Couldn’t ask for more... oh and the shower was better than mine at home and the beds were so comfy (it’s the little things that count) The pool wasn’t crowded and on days we had it to ourselves! If you need a pool bar, there is one next door! It’s 2 mins from some supermarkets, 5 mins from the beach and about 10 min stroll to the town centre, so nights are quiet and peaceful for sleep. Car hire close by too - I’d suggest a few days to see the island it’s well worth it.
The building is unassuming, so you might look at it and think ... hmmm, but if you see past it - the book is definitely better than the cover. We had a garden view at the front and were treated to amazing sunsets over the mountains every night.
The amazing lady who runs this apartment and her wonderful Mum (who often bought us home made cake) were an absolute joy and kindly let us stay as long as we needed until our taxi back to the airport as there was no bookings coming in later. We were delayed coming into Rhodes, but I gave her a quick call and she was here waiting in the early hours with a smile.
I’ve been in some basic hotels throughout Greece, that I’ve paid over the odds for through package tours, we did this ourselves this time and it was seamless and far far better than I could have hoped for. There are a lot of nationalities here, so if you’re looking for a lot of British company, you might not find it here - it is sept and as the schools are back it’s mostly couples.
So all in all. Really happy. Above basic (by my standards), very clean, safe and well maintained accommodation that are excellent as long as you’re not looking for luxury or lots of extras. Would highly recommend.

Confortevole e pulito
Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana presso Vasilina e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. È situato in una posizione ottima ed in una strada molto tranquilla vicino a dei mini market. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi (massimo 10 min), ma nonostante cio per visitare Rodi è necessario un mezzo di locomozione perché l'isola è molto grande. Le camere sono moderne e pulite, il bagno funzionante con acqua calda che arriva subito, il lavandino un po' piccolo e anche il piatto doccia per cui facilmente sì allaga un po' il pavimento ma appositamente avevamo uno scarico al centro del bagno e dopo poco l'acqua si asciuga velocemente. La camera è confortevole e anche la cucina seppur piccola ha i giusti accessori per poter cucinare. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno e le lenzuola e asciugamani cambiate a giorni alterni. Il personale e la proprietaria sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. La camera è dotata anche di un tavolino sul balconcino, frigo capiente, phon e aria cindizionata e cassaforte. La piscina è abbastanza nuova e ci sono anche alcuni lettini e qualche ombrellone a bordo piscina. Le camere sulla piscina sono quelle più calde la mattina perché ci batte il sole molto presto e per chi non lo tollera consiglio una mascherina da notte perché le tende sono oscuranti ma non eliminano la luce. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, ottima qualità - prezzo e oltre a consigliarlo se dovessimo tornare nuovamente a Rodi prenoteremmo lì sicuramente!

Perfetto
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per una settimana. Posizione ottima per visitare l'isola, camere pulite, dotate di aria condizionata, frigorifero e phon. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile, anche se non è presente nella struttura 24h su 24 ci ha lasciato il suo recapito per poterla contattare in qualsiasi momento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Soggiorno confortevole
Il voto massimo riguarda la pulizia: tutti i giorni cambio degli asciugami, delle lenzuola e l'armadio era profumatissimo; poi la gentilezza e la cordialità della receptionista la signora Samatia sempre molto disponibile e gentile a fine soggiorno ci ha regalato 4 bottiglie di Mastika un liquore tipico della Grecia e ci ha fatto trovare in camera un dolce preparato da lei; infine l'hotel ha una posizione strategica 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di faliraki, 7 minuti con l'auto da Rodi town, e 10 minuti da lindo's.
