Excellent spa supply!

I would like to write about my experience at the hotel's spa. My therapist, Maria, was excellent in massage and helped me a lot in relaxing and getting rid of my daily problems! Even an hour can make a difference! If you are in your hotel I highly recommend it.

Excellent massages / spa

I had a wonderful massage with Annamaria and am absolutely thrilled. She is incredibly warm, attentive, and knows how to create a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere. With her skill, she found and released exactly the right tension. I felt in the best of hands during the entire treatment and went home deeply relaxed. Thank you very much, Annamaria, for this great time-out!

Amazing hotel

ideal location, hotel cozy, clean, excellently managed, staff kind and available, rooms confy and spacious with a lot of amenities, buffet tasty also drinks and coffees of high quality, pools beach very clean, spa massage the best I ever had, thank you all for the absolute relaxing stay!

Rude Staff Avoid this Hotel

This hotel is beautiful however, I was extremely disappointed with my experience, mainly because of how rude and unhelpful the management team were. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they came across as dismissive and lacking in basic customer service.
One of the biggest issues was that they cut off our all-inclusive wristbands at exactly 11:00 am on checkout day, even though we were staying at the hotel for several more hours because our flight had been delayed until later in the day. We had no choice but to remain at the hotel, yet we were no longer allowed to have food or drinks despite having already paid a significant amount for our holiday.
To make matters worse, after the reception staff had already cut off our wristbands, members of management later approached us at the pool and accused us of still having them. They actively came to find us based on incorrect information from the disorganised reception team, which was both embarrassing and frustrating. The lack of communication between staff was clearly not our fault, yet we were made to feel as though we had done something wrong.
A little flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way, especially for guests dealing with delayed flights. Instead, we felt like we were being rushed out and treated as an inconvenience. The poor organisation, rude attitude of the managers, and lack of customer care completely spoiled the end of what should have been a relaxing holiday.
The food is very nice for an all inclusive however the restaurants are hard to get in to meaning we had to eat at 9pm every night despite booking way in advance.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
