A mixed experience of my stay here ...
Quite small room , but clean a d had electric kettle and utensils.
The bathroom and shower were good . There was an overwhelming smell of the cleaning products used by the cleaner / owner . Too strong really !!
The pool area was adequate but got quite busy at times .
I can't comment on the bar and had snacks as my dietary needs were catered for myself in my studio .
Friendly welcome from Tina the co owner in the beginning but altered her nature ( maybe because I didn't use the bar / eat food there ) I remained polite though .
I did feel a bit uncomfortable so I'm not sure I would return to this property.
The bed linen was clean and laundry change after few days . There was a "strange mixture of colours and sheets used on the bed - almost like they had run out of regular linen and had ito mish mash colour / design .
Keep to fresh white or light blue for continuity . I would advise.

Good For A Short Stay
We wanted to revisit Kefalos after 30+ years and it's close to the airport.
The accommodation was ideal for our short stay.The room was compact , clean and had everything we needed including air conditioning as it was very hot.
There is a small pool on site and bar which also did snacks to order. A lot of people seemed to spend all day there. However, it's only a short walk to the harbour and a selection of shops and restaurants. There is also a regular bus service ( we travelled to Kefalos from Kos town where we arrived by ferry).
For a short stay close to the airport it's a good choice.
Our plans didn't work out as our return flight was cancelled so we hiresda car and moved on elsewhere afterwards!
