We recommend the structure
Very central property just steps from the seafront of Kardamena, close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants... Mina And Jimmy the owners very nice and helpful, they kindly booked us two dinners at two restaurants.
We stayed in a superior apartment, with a small kitchenette, which is structured by a partition with the sleeping area by a snack plan with two stools, equipped with fridge, small electric mono stove, and a small electric hob, and toaster, kitchen utensils in general counted according to the people who stay there... (for example not a colander)... dispenser with sponge dishwashing detergent and tea towel.
Terrace with table and chairs and clothesline with clothespins.
Small but functional bathroom, with window, has no bidet (as in general in Greece) shower
small with glass, dispenser in shower and near the sink. In the hallway, large wardrobe, with hairdryer and several coat hangers (usually difficult to find) and safe.
Air conditioner in not very suitable position as the air comes very direct on the bed, the latter large, comfortable mattress and two pillows per person to choose the most suitable.
Change of sheets in a week is done once and towels a couple....
Structure not suitable for who has walking problems not having the elevator.
Cleanliness could be improved.
They allowed us leaving in the early afternoon to leave our bags and take a shower before our flight.
Parking not private, but along the street all around the structure, always found on return from the beaches or late in the evening.

Ideal for Kardamena
Perfect location: walking in a few minutes you reach the beaches, the center with shops, the port with all the best restaurants. The rooms are large and clean. Mina and Jimmy kind and helpful for any information and request. We couldn't have picked a better place.

Fantastic rooms in the heart of Kardamena
Mina and Jimmy are two of the nicest, most helpful people in Kardamena! My group of 26 absolutely loved their friendliness, support and help while we booked all of the rooms.
The location (3 streets off the sea) is perfect - central to everything, and no more than a 10 minute walk to either end of town.
The rooms have all been remodelled with new mattresses, showers, tvs and linen. All rooms have balconies or garden level patios, kettles, dishes, and small safes.
One thing to note in the early season is that it takes a little time to get hot water - the rooftop tanks are primarily solar heated.

Lovely Hosts and Accommodation
Wonderful accommodation and wonderful hosts.
Mina and Jim were truly wonderful and excellent hosts.
We stayed in a Superior Studio with a lovely King size bed that was really comfortable, so much so my lovely husband could not get out of bed.
They are very well equipped with everything you need, air-con and safe included in the price, just wonderful. Very clean. Anything you need just speak to Mina or Jim and they will accommodate if they can.
Only thing missing would of been a toaster but not the end of the world.
Very centrally located only a few minutes walk from shops/bars/restaurants and the beach.
Would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
We have been going to Kos for many years but have never stayed in Kardamena but we will definitely go again and would love to stay at the Mina Studios again.

Excellent studios
We stayed as a couple in this studios within walking distance of downtown Kardamena. Spacious and recently renovated rooms equipped with all the necessary comforts. The strong point are the owners (Mina and Jimmy). Exquisite people who made us feel at home. They recommended many places to visit and places to eat. They have a transfer service at a cost of 10€. Highly recommended
