Everything at hand, shops, sea, supermarkets

Just returned from our stay at Zouboulia and we were quite satisfied. The price is truly competitive compared to other hotels, considering that its location is right in the center, near the beach, shops, supermarkets, etc. You really have everything a stone's throw away. The rooms are very clean; they are cleaned every day. The only downside, that we had the room facing the main street, is that in the evening it turns out to be quite noisy because of the bar next door until late at night or drunk kids singing and yelling in the street. But if you don't want to spend much, and you want to have everything nearby, we recommend it to you. The hotel also has a pool where you can also eat; the owners were kind. Overall, for what we paid, it is just fine.

Not welcoming owners.

Good size room good location. Owners not very welcoming or approachable. Dangers slippery tiles in snack area by pool, my grandson slipped over, bed only changed twice in 2 weeks. My son was left a note under the door regarding please be more careful in your room. When my son addressed this the owner said there was a spillage on the floor. My son has a two and five year old. This apartment not child friendly no gate on ground floor apartment so they could not sit out with the children as to dangerous.

Rude owner, not child friendly

I would not recommend staying here again with children, this hotel is not a family hotel owner very rude and left notes in room to tell us to be more careful when we confronted him he stated there was a bit of juice spillage on the floor in the kids room, we told him to make it a adult only hotel if this was a big issue as there’s nothing in the rooms to clean with and I hadn’t even noticed a spillage it couldn’t have been big! The staff were rude the rooms did get cleaned but not the best! My father in law asked the owner for a extra pillow and was told if cleaner comes then maybe but if they don’t then he couldn’t have another pillow

Highly recommended

Stayed here a few times. Excellent location, clean, well appointed rooms, cleaned every day. Lovely pool with excellent cooked food available. Really friendly guys run the place. When my flight was delayed 2 hours they waited till the early hours of the morning so I could check in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful breakfast

Didn't stay here , only went for breakfast which was delicious hubby breakfast burger & me poached eggs mmm dino was a lovely guy who can cook beautiful food ,also had cheese & ham toasties which came with beautiful homemade chips
