Budget Accommodation that won’t disappoint!

Budget accommodation that won’t disappoint. Went for a week with some friends & had a great time. The owner George is such a kind man who can not do enough to help you. We were all pleasantly surprised with what we got for the money that we had spent.
Just a note that if you get there late, your room numbers will be pinned to the notice board at the bottom of the steps!

Great resort with very welcoming staff

The rooms are very clean and spacious. I have really enjoyed my time at panorama complex they have some of the best staff in Kavos that make you feel like you are at home. The food cooked by Stella is absolutely delicious and well priced.

Budget-Friendly, Suitable for Young People

We stayed for a week in a room.
Initially, we had some issues with an extra bed, but the manager promptly resolved the matter the day after our arrival.
It's essential to purchase air conditioning, as it is very hot and there are countless mosquitoes; even at night, the temperature in Kavos never drops.
The house's interior furnishings are barely usable.
The bathroom is small but functional.
The accommodation matches the price paid (affordable).

Not as good as expected

Very disappointing note hangs a compartment on the blackboard which room you have.toilet paper couple of sheets on the roll, not even a small dish soap and tea towel, two towels that were changed once, no garbage bags.Then you were stopped at the stairs that you should knock off the air mattress that no more sand comes into the room.then you come to the room nothing cleaned but senseless the balcony cleaned no garbage taken.TV is only available for a fee therefore no one is inside and even for the air conditioning you have to pay.Cheap is fine but everything else you get for free and that is not the case there.

Enjoyed and friendly

At first I did think there was a fair few steps to climb ,but when I got there I was pleasantly greated with a young man called George,who was situated at the bar by the pool to which was sort of private and nice and clean,he told me were to get my details for my room as I did get there rather late ,my room was situated up some stairs but I didn't mind as when I entered the room I was surprised on how much space and cleanliness of the room and the two balconies I had ,I went to the bar to get drink for myself as I was the only one there and George made me feel comfortable,as I was a solo traveller and first time I'd been to this area of Greece,there is two parts to this hotel but both looked as nice as the other,Through the day after a lovely long sleep I went to the bar and was greated by another lady Stella who also made me feel welcome I had a coffee and wee chat and told me a few places to visit ie private beach and boat trips ,they had some other guest there who were friendly and not a bad word said so I joined them for few days,the pool was clean and staff respectful and was just nice sitting round pool for few hours which I don't usually do,but I felt comfortable and safe ,the hotel it's self is situated just perfect away from the strip about 5 min walk and away from the noise,yes u are going to have a few rowdy ones but it is kavos and some young ones are on there first holiday ,the staff will have a word with them if they get out of hand but as far as I was concerned they were just enjoying themselves and no fighting ,don't count this place out because it depends what you are looking for all I cared about was nice pool nice staff and nice people to meet
