Nice place to stay at Barbati beach

The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The beach is literally at your backyard and the sunbeds are for free. Free parking is available. We also got a free bottle of wine, which was really nice.
The room was really cold at nights and the air-conditioner didn`t have the heat mode. The warm water was also a challenge as the water had to run at least 15 minutes to get warm. The location is a bit far from everything.

Canceling anytime they want

Our family have booked in Booking.com a 4 day stay in this place. But we just got the cancelation from them side. One way cancelation, just like that. As we understood, there was a mistake in their system. Then it is strange, why thy have confirmed our booking at the first, few days ago. Wrote us a message, that all good. Today they've changed their minds. They are ruining our family plans now. No explanation, no other options from them was given, just CANCEL and GOODBYE. Not professional and not friendly Renata Studios. We are very disappointed in this behavior.

A little disappointing.

Whilst this was ok for the kids, the rooms clean and the location good. It’s not exactly how it appears on Booking.com. Unfortunately the rooms are not well equipped at all - no toaster, no coffee maker etc. The kitchenette cupboards look like they will collapse at any moment, obviously the cheapest to buy. ALSO, even though you are a guest at the hotel you are still expected to pay for the sun loungers and umbrella - a bit rude.

Disappointed....

Upon early arrival no one on duty to meet us, no reception so wandered around looking for someone. Eventually telephoned the number listed for Renata studios and someone drove to meet us! The rooms were I’ll equipped, small with hardly any storage space outside of the bedroom, no where to keep the third guest clothes (the shelf didn’t cut it! No toaster in the kitchenette and the grill took so long I was in danger of missing my return flight home waiting for it to brown! Sleeping next to the fridge was also an issue as every so often the motor kicked in and would wake you with a start. The short walk up to the main road is extremely steep, something that wasn’t made clear in the write up. All that said, the beach is great with a few very good bar/restaurants, which were the saving grace but I won’t be going back.

Great location

We only stayed one night as we were walking the Corfu Trail. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with a lovely patio/terrace area overlooking the garden towards the beach. A supermarket was a small steep walk up the hill to the main road. Everything perfect except during the day noise from 2 beach bars on either side of the resort can be annoying.
