Lovely relaxed pool vibe

We are currently staying here on the first floor. All rooms have an outdoor balcony with furniture. It is CLEAN, I have watched staff clean the loungers thoroughly everyday. I also watched a cleaner cleaning the outdoor furniture on the balconys. The staff here are very friendly and approachable. It is run by a family including the grandmother who makes a beautiful lemon cake on the house while sorting the paperwork checking in. The rooms are really nice, it is not modern room decor but it is nice. The kitchens are well stocked with a 2 burner hob and a toastie maker. We arrived to a bottle of water in the room, washing up liquid and scourer sponge with a tea towel. I thought these were really nice touches as it shows thoughtfulness and consideration. The hotel pool is lovely and currently warm, we have not had to get up early to get a lounger. The food in the poolside restaurant is delicious and very reasonably priced. We arrived on a Wednesday which was BBQ night and I had a delicious tomahawk pork chop which came with chips and salad. The cost was €13 and I couldn't finish the plate although kept trying as it was so good. We got an absolute bargain on this holiday and paid £200 each flights included through on the beach. We were expecting cheap and cheerful but this definitely isn't the case. If you haven't booked it, go ahead. You will not be disappointed !!

Great holiday

Lovely place. Very friendly family run apartments. Pool was lovely. Rooms basic but comfortable. Beautiful view from the top floor. Food was great too and good price. Short walk to beach and town. Would definitely come again.

Love Tzilios

This hotel was amazing, everything we wanted. The staff were so friendly and helpful they really made the experience great.
The rooms were basic and very clean, along with the pool and bar area that was tidied every day.
Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk, including the beach, shops, lots of restaurants, perfect for anyone. Amazing value for money!
Would definitely reccomend and return!

Lovely relaxing stay

My daughter and I have just returned home from having a 10 day holiday at Tzilios Studies. After a late night flight and coach transfer we arrived and we was greeted by George( son) and Bettina( daughter) who run this delightful family run hotel with Moma’s lemon cake.Delicious !We then booked in and then went to our room ( I had requested ground floor room as have mobility issues) . The room was clean with a little kitchenette with essential cooking utensils and a fridge and a little toilet and shower room. The beds were very comfortable and slept very well. Nothing is too much trouble for the family and staff . There is a bar and nice selection of food served next to the pool until midnight.The shops and restaurants are a nice stroll away and also a lovely 10 mins stroll to the beach with lots of restaurants to chose from our favourite was the Bardon ,again staff very welcoming and food was delicious and on the table in a good time. Also the sunset on the beach is absolutely beautiful. We would like to thank Moma, Bettina, George, Alix and Matt for a wonderful stay and will see you next year!!

Honest review

This was my second visit to Tzillios. The first in 2023. Firstly, the people that run this place are really lovely and will do anything to give you a good holiday however this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. You know what you are getting when you book due to the low price but that being said, you still expect a bathroom that is fit for purpose. The shower was broken in both my apartment and the one next door where my brother was staying, as soon as I mentioned this, Yiannis went out for supplies to fix it, again this is great but it shouldn't happen in the middle of your holiday.
The other thing i found a little poor was that they were still filling the pool as we arrived , the coffee machine was broken, they often had run out of different things on different days.
I'm not sure what was happening but they looked very understaffed and under prepared.
I do want to say though that they are all so lovely and are clearly trying their best.It didn't spoil our week but I've written this as I think it is important to know what you are getting.
