Beautiful and above all spotlessly clean with all the amenities!

Beautiful and spotless cheeks! Wonderful sea view, calm in nature and next to an olive grove, well-kept and well-maintained in all respects. Plus a pool for an afternoon dip! We relaxed and enjoyed our stay here!!! As for the owners, even though we left in the middle of the night from another horrible house, they came and escorted us from there to our villa with a smile. Thank you very much!!!

Excellent Villas

We have just spent a week in Koroni and would definitely recommend these villas. The villa and pool area really well maintained and spotlessly clean with everything you need for your stay. The view from the balcony is amazing and a lovely space to eat breakfast etc. The owner and his daughter could not be more helpful. The villas are a 15 minute walk outside of town and taxis are available back from town after a night out. As we did not have a car, the owner even drove us to the supermarket waited and drove us back with our shopping which was fantastic.

The property features 4 independent homes with beautiful balconies with some views of the sea. The homes are newer and the beds/linens were all very clean and comfortable. All appliances worked well and the A/C was a relief in the summer heat. 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the historic town. We would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Koroni.

The villa was in a lovely location and the shared pool was great, however the kitchen wasn't great. Thankfully we ate out mostly but there were only huge saucepans, 1 small vegetable knife, which was blunt and very little other than basic plates and glasses. It could do with a few extras.
Also the sheets were direcly placed on the bed, no mattress or pillow protectors or undersheets.

Lovely Villa with Pool

We booked this, as our arranged accommodation was cancelled. My wife booked it online and when we arrived (its on the 2nd major turn into Koroni, if you are coming from Kalamata), we realised it was run by the same family as the Sofotel in Koroni. We didn't book the Sofotel, where we had stayed before, as we wanted a pool to relax by.
So, based upon that, we knew what to expect. Everything working as it should, including: Kettle, Coffee Maker, Fridge/freezer, Air Conditioning, Shower. Also the place is immaculately clean and serviced every day.
The comfy bed was supplied with crisp white sheets (as is the norm in Greece) but there were quilts in the cupboard if you want to turn the aircon down and snuggle under them.
The pool (which services the 4 villas) again was new and clean and nice and cool for a dip if you get hot sunbathing on the nice wooden sunbeds (with parasols).
Each villa has balconies on 3 sides, so room to sit and read in the shade if you like, or even make a meal in the kitchen and dine al fresco.
Finally the views are pretty damn fine too, looking out over the bay to the mountains in the distance, with the occasional yacht passing by heading into Koroni or up to Agios Andreas.
I will say, that its probably quite a long walk down into Koroni for a meal at one of the many restaurants. Then it would be a steep walk back up after, so we used the car to get there and back as parking is quite easy when its not peak season.
A thorough recommend. We would have stayed here before if we knew about it.
