A real hit, family friendly treatment!
It was a family trip, my wife, my teenage daughter and I, the reception was cordial, we felt a family atmosphere, the hotel is nice and comfortable, with a very good pool, with very entertaining activities, (karaoke) the spacious rooms, and excellent beds, I must say, we slept very well! our room on the 3rd floor, had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was only a few meters from the hotel, on the way to the beach is the hotel restaurant, has a normal variety of Greek dishes and fast food, the first day we didn't want to complicate and ate something simple, a burger that was excellent!, from there on every time we ate at the restaurant we were very satisfied.
The hotel is in a very quiet area, about 15 kilometers from the center of Rodos, at first we did not know if it was the best option, but in the end it was definitely a good option, the hotel contacted a rental car office and we were given a very good price, when taking the bills, it came out very much to rent a car, for example, the cost of a taxi ride to the center of Rodos, was about 20 euros, same price as we paid for a small car per day!!
Speaking of the attention, I must say that we were more than satisfied, we received only good treatments, kindness, the reception staff always correct and willing to help, in the kitchen of the hotel there was a very friendly lady who every morning greeted us in our language, Spanish, and strived to make us feel very welcome, unfortunately I do not remember her name, the lady who was sometimes in the pool bar was also always very friendly, the restaurant staff were always very friendly and always cared for us excellently, there was a young man who on some occasions took us in his car to the center of the island, was extremely friendly and even though he did not speak much English and we could not start a conversation with him, he always strived to help us and take us or bring us at the time it was necessary, always with a very good face , friendly and relaxed, which made us feel very good and relaxed. Now for the end I wanted to mention something that left us very impressed, this was the treatment of the owner of the hotel, Nick, always friendly, helpful, chatty, made us feel at home, whenever we need help, either to get a taxi or rent a car, he was in charge many times personally to help us, it was very nice to get to the hotel and see him there with kindness, telling us interesting things, I think certainly that the family treatment of Nick and the hotel employees is a plus that helps a lot to make my review positive! We returned home, to Oslo, Norway happy and looking forward to one day revisiting Rodos and of course staying at this Hotel.

Very nice staff
Near the sea, windy, beautiful view.The room cold, froze, lacked knife to cut bread with, dressing table was available, missing dining table, a chair, a stool and some bench to slide under the dressing table. Small TV high up, difficulty trying to watch. ( could not start it). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because of the cold I gave up after 3 days.

The hotel with a big heart for children!
We had a great week! All staff are absolutely fantastic and have a big heart for children! As an airplane fan, the approach line over the hotel spiced it up a little extra. Me and the kids have absolutely nothing to complain about.
Great supermarket up close and great food at their Terverna! The pool was used extensively.
