Fabulous apartment

Apartment was very clean, smelt lovely! Owner was very friendly and welcoming.
Fairly priced. Its close to all amenities,would definitely recommend to all. Its a real gem would definitely recommend to all.

Disappointing experience

My review only concerns the status of the property and the services provided and not the personality of the owner. For 100€/day I think it is perfectly reasonable to expect a clean, decent and properly equipped space, as well as clear information about what exactly you are going to rent.
When booking a double room was requested, it was not clear that the space we were given was not in the Gallini Studio Apartments building, but in a separate space next to the owner's residence. The actual condition of the space was significantly different from the image we had formed from the presentation of the accommodation.
The room had a strong sense of closure and insufficient ventilation, while there were ceilings with layers, visible dust and spider tissue. The single bed was small double and presented a problem at the base, as the tables moved/falled during use. The refrigerator, as shown in the photo, presented obvious cleanliness problems and the overall cleanliness of the room was insufficient.
Although it was mentioned that there was a fully equipped kitchenette, there was no table to sit down to eat.
For the external access we had been informed that there was no balcony but "garden". But we did not realize that it was essentially a place where there were parked motorcycles or cars in front of the entrance to the room. The door of the space, which I also capture in a photo, had the image of an auxiliary / storage space and remained clearly empty when it closed.
Another issue was the hot water. There was no solar heater and upon arrival we had to wait for the water to warm up after the heater was activated.
The stay was for three nights. Upon arrival, after the key was delivered, the main question we received concerned the time of departure. There was no question as to whether everything was okay or if there was a problem in the area.
We didn't ask for luxury. For this price, however, we take for granted the cleanliness, the basic functionality of the equipment and, above all, the accurate and clear information about the space to be rented.
