Relaxed hotel
Booked with Tui mainly because of the price for the Hotel.
Excellent rooms which was clean and Excellent air-con,TV only BBC news in English.
Breakfast coffee Tea orange juice plus all eggs,bacon sausage and loads of yogurt fruit,cereals.
No problem for sunbeds very quiet around the pool which was so relaxing and pool wasn't too cold.
10 minutes walk to the restaurants and supermarket or hire a bike €4
25 minutes to Kos town along the seafront
Relaxing surroundings and a superb Hotel for the budget

Brilliant stay.
Great little hotel. We married in Kos many years ago and regularly return and have tried many hotels and this is now our favourite hotel.
Staff are all great (reception, cleaners, bar staff, maintenance). Always happy to help.
Very modern and very clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice fridge and kettle. Wi-Fi great.
Breakfast is good quality, and nice amount of choice. Very relaxed breakfast.
Looks like there are enough sun beds for the whole hotel. Loads around pool and then spare available stacked up for on the grass if it’s ever needed, but it was always empty anyway.
Despite torrential rain and storms and a power cut they still managed to put on a breakfast for us. Well done.
Perfect distance into town , which is why we love Lambi area so much. Supermarket / shop only a 5 minute walk. Beach only 5 minutes as well.
Very peaceful hotel, although nothing really going on for children here.
Can’t wait to come back soon.
Only feedback is it would be handy for a drying rack on the balcony.

Nice hotel!
Nice hotel, clean with polite staff. The breakfast is light but quality. The pool is small and shallow but the rest is very good.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting
We stayed here 10 nights and absolutely loved this hotel. Staff are friendly. The hotel has beautiful trees and flowers surrounding it. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Comfortable bed. Rooms are cleaned daily. The bathroom is nice and shower was great with good water pressure. Breakfast is lovely, we found it had plenty of variety and the lady serving breakfast is very friendly. She recommended a restaurant called Patrikos which we found to be our favourite meal of the holiday!
The hotel is walking distance to the beach and around 30 mins walk to the old town. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Check out Flintstones bar for a cocktail, it's nearby and has good prices! We also enjoyed a meal at Istros which is nearby the hotel.
The pool area is lovely and there is a nice bar for drinks and food, although we didn't use the food menu during our stay.
Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Honest Review from a Frequent Traveler: A 3-Star Hotel with 5-Star Attitude
I'm halfway through a two-week holiday here, and I'm impressed enough to share my thoughts.
Location: Perfect for those seeking peace while staying connected. The hotel sits in a quiet area away from resort noise, yet everything is within walking distance. The beach is accessible via two routes: turn left from the hotel exit, pass Konstantinos supermarket and several tavernas and 4-5 star hotels to reach Lambi beach (my preferred side—less windy). Alternatively, turn right and right again at the next junction for the other beach access.
Rooms & Cleanliness: The owners have clearly invested in recent renovations, and it shows. The hotel is spotless—credit to the hardworking cleaning staff. The modern wet room has excellent water pressure and hot water, though the floor does get wet easily and requires wiping after each shower. Toiletries (hand soap, body wash, and shampoo) are provided in refillable dispensers. The room includes a mini fridge-freezer and kettle with tea/coffee (occasionally replenished). The bed is exceptionally comfortable—a rarity in my Greek hotel experience—and slippers are provided. Bedding is changed every other night, which seems excessive for a solo traveler, though some may appreciate it.
Breakfast: Impressive for a 3-star property. Options include nuts, chia seeds, fresh fruit, fried/boiled/omelet eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olives), cheese (though no feta), and delicious Greek yogurt. A friendly server brings coffee, tea, juice, and water to tables. I'd suggest allowing self-service for drinks and taking egg orders directly from guests to enhance the experience. More salad varieties and cooked vegetables would be welcome additions.
Grounds: Beautifully maintained with banana and olive trees, herb gardens, and what appears to be a vegetable garden supplying some breakfast ingredients.
Atmosphere: Friendly and relaxed. The only disturbance has been occasional noise from other guests, but this is minor.
Overall: I've already recommended this hotel to fellow travelers at nearby 5-star properties. I'll definitely return and look forward to my second week here—fingers crossed for quiet neighbors!
