Amazing week in Mykonos
Accomodation was beautiful nicely decorated very comfortable good air con we had a couple of issues with the hot water but it was soon sorted.We loved our holiday here joanna in reception is amazing really helpful and kind. This place would not be the same as she was not there.
All the girls are really good Isabella in the kitchen and the two lovely cleaning ladies you come every day and do an excellent job
The hotel is ideally placed not far from Mykonos town and some of the beautiful beaches all around, we will definitely return

very bad experinece
I want to let you know about my very bad experience at Hotel Le Palme in Kouvlas Mykonos. My stage at this hotel wa supposed to be from June 12th 2026 to June 18 th 2026. As for unexpected and sudden health complications with a member of my familiy in Italy, I had to go back to Italy and leave the hotel before my supposed departure. Before leaving, I asked the hotel management if there was any chance to get back some of the money already paid in advance, or, at least, the residence tax, which is due only if you actually spend the nigh in the hotel
Firstly, I want to point out a first unfair behaviour, because their reservation policy foreseen that 50% was supposed to be paid 21 days prior to arrival and the other 50% only at the moment of the check in. At the moment of the check in, the money had been already withdrawn from my debit card.
Secondly, the usual and correct business policy , that is followed by the majority of the structures in Mykonos and in Greece, also based on my previous experiences, foresees that in case of unexpected reasons due to force majure, any structure reimburse 50% of what is the amount supposed to be charged for the remaining days. But more than that, internationally residence tax are due only when and if you actually stay - sleep - in that Hotel. They refused to reimburse not only even a little part of the already paid fare, but also the amount of the residence tax of the night not spent in the hotel, that is completely unfair.
More than that, the hotel advertises that check in open from 3.00 p.m on, while, instead, it closes at 5 p.m, but they do not inform you about that. When I arrived around 7 pm. the reception was closed. Moreover, the rooms have no air conditioning and the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, extremely far from any beach and location, along a very congested and dangerous road.
I strongly do not recommend this structure for their unfair business policy and for untrue informations published in their advertising. If I am supposed to quote this structure i give it a 2 out of 10 or 1 out of 5.

A super wonderful hotel
The hotel is simply wonderful — very new, very clean, and very beautiful. The rooms are very stylish, with a beautiful design and excellent renovation, and they are cleaned perfectly.
Most importantly, the service is outstanding. The girl at the reception is especially amazing. She provides such incredible service that I have honestly never experienced such wonderful hospitality and such a warm attitude toward guests before. I really liked it.
I would also like to mention the excellent driver, Christian, who can take you anywhere and pick you up at any time. He is simply the best driver. It is great that the hotel has its own driver, so you don’t have to worry about transfers or calling a taxi. You can call Christian at any moment, and he will take you wherever you need to go or pick you up from wherever you are. Just super.
The impressions are absolutely excellent.
