Wonderfully welcoming, exceptional owners, great rooms!

This is the third time I've stayed with my Study Abroad students, and the experience has been incredible each time. Magda and her Mom are kind and welcoming, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, breakfast is a treat. I will continue to stay at the Isioni and with Magda and Mom every time I possibly can. They make our stay in Nafplio memorable for everyone!

Unacceptable

Our experience of staying at this particular accommodation was disappointing and in no way meets the basic standards that a hospitality must meet. The room was extremely small ( 8 sq.m ) cost 80 € / day and did not have the basic amenities that one would expect for a decent stay, while there was also the required transparency in terms of its characteristics when booking ( Absence of wardrobe, exact room size , window in which only one hand could fit in between). Despite our respective indications, there was no availability of service or settlement on the part of the management, which to note was absent throughout our stay and appeared immediately after we were informed that we would leave the property early.
The specific attic that was assigned to us did not meet basic safety and hygiene requirements as there were and were heard termits throughout our stay from the ceiling. Unfortunately, the overall approach and the level of services provided do not in any way meet the expectations created by a tourism business and the approach clearly should not be ironic and disgusting.

Don't trust the decoration

Unserious and unprofessional, unpleasant and irresponsible owner who offers black, no receipt and cash reservations and cancels them at the last minute. Very disappointed by this attitude that she perhaps allows herself because of the beautiful decoration?

Stayed for 2 nights with my mum. Lovely spacious spotless room. Great mattress on the bed. Fantastic modern shower. Good powerful air conditioning. Delicious breakfast. Great location No lift for those with mobility issues.Thank you...

Very nice Inn

We stayed two nights at the Isioni Pension Inn.
In addition to a large comfortable room, the Pension is well located with the beach and the port nearby. Our room had a balcony overlooking the fortress, perfect for relaxing.
