A pleasant hotel

Located at the entrance of Neo Marmaras (coming from the south), on the right, 100 m from a beach. Parking in front of the hotel. Welcome back. The bed has a mosquito net (not used in May). Presence of a mini fridge, kettle (with 5 tea bags, 1 herbal tea and 3 soluble coffee). Closet with 9 hangers. Little room around the sink. The balcony (overlooking the pool) has a round table and 2 chairs. Hard and capricious internet connection. Sound insulation good. Breakfast (buffet terrace in front of the pool): cold cuts, cheeses, teas, filter coffee, vegetables, pastries, honey, jams, corn flakes, Greek yogurt, eggs on the dish.

small family-run bed and breakfast hotel

The location is ideal, about 100m to the public sandy beach. No sea urchins, no jellyfish, just sand. Countless restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
Owner and staff extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast right by the pool was lacking in almost nothing, except perhaps a larger selection of pastries. But that's complaining at a high level.
Our family room was spacious and clean. Every day there were a few bottles of drinking water in the room. Fly screens on all windows are not common everywhere either.
I would also like to point out that Apostolos only charged us part of the booked room bill because of our early departure due to the weather. Thanks again at this point.

Amazing hotel and staff!

First of all, let me tell you that the owner, Mr. Apostolous, is any problem solver. I wanted to change my room, I needed olive oil, you name it. He will do anything to make a pleasent stay for his guests. Moving forward to the breakfast bar, Madalina is so sweet and caring and very open for recommendations and suggestions.
The hotel is located very very close to the beach, and walking distante to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are, wich is great because you can also rest very well.
having cald water in the frige when coming back from the beach was gold!
p.s: the fluffiest and whitest towels I have ever seen in a hotel, and spotless cleaning.

Lovely people

We were just passing by and it was so beautiful and cozy feeling glowing, so we enter, had a drink, and had a friendly conversation with the owner!
Totally accessible.
If you love what you do, people will be magnetized!

Cosy hotel owned by lovely people and in great location

Cosy and pretty hotel with great service!very friendly owners and staff
The only negative issue was the weak wifi in the rooms but on the other side it was strong around the swimming pool and breakfast area
Comfortable beds, clean

Great location- very close to Marmaras
Breakfast with Greek delicacies
