Terrible experience
First off, they claim to provide "online" service till 5pm, but on the day of our arrival, even though we reached out at 3.40 pm, we got no response till late in the evening.
Then there are the "luxurious" stuff: bathroom door that cant be locked, shower handle that disconnects from the socket the minute you open the water, Jacuzzi that doesn't work (I would have asked them about it, but they are anyway unresponsive).
They also claim to provide "fully equipped" kitchen - I hope for them this is not how their kitchen is equiped: platic plates and cups, even the wine "glasses" are cheap plastic. There is one pan and one small pot, but you better bring your own knife because there is nothing to cut even a salad.
Beyond this all, they highlight the private pools in every picture (including the executive appartment we booked), and there was no other option to chose from- but only upon our arrival we discovered that only some of the appartments has such, ours didn't. We thought, oh well, maybe we can try the Jacuzzi- wrong, as there was no way to oprate it, and no customer support.
We've been to so many accommodations in Greece- this is by far the worst.
