Wonderful stay with friendly staff and top quality accommodation
The hotel apartment was wonderfully spacious and had many great touches. It was very well serviced. The Greek night was a highlight so fun.It is suitable for couples and families. The breakfast and other food at the pool bar restaurant was really excellent. There is an expert in house pastry chef who makes wonderful cakes , biscuits and pastries. The friendly staff at the hotel really make your holiday special. They are genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

100% recommended.
Nine nights Peridis we stayed in a family room. We had a lovely time and Peridis was really super. Breakfast very extensive, nice play areas for the children, extremely clean and daily the room was cleaned. All the staff are incredibly friendly. With 10 minutes walk you are in Kos city. Only downside was that the pool was a bit cold in May but we gladly took that for granted. It is also a very nice pool. As far as we are concerned we would go to Peridis again if we would go to Kos again and we can 100% recommend Peridis. Tip, pick a lemon from the lemon tree at the resort, they are great!

Service good, product bof
Only positive, service and bathroom, hygiene is perfect.
For the rest, tv in the blocked room, no cast, no bluethooth, impossible key (apparently security) the noise nuisance of 7am (very city) scout mainly.
The bar and the food remain average without +, a free cuba is not simply a rum coca...
Breakfast mediocre quality level, orange juice from the supermarket in my opinion the sub-brand of the sub-brand (a bit stupid when you sell real orange juices next door for 5.50€ at the bar) nutela is grutela but insists by marking nutela... no seasoning on everything cooked (egg, pancake, waffle...)
In other words, it is better to go to a restaurant in the morning that makes breakfast (there are plenty in kos) than to pay for an all-you-can-eat buffet with poor product quality.

Great Hotel (Location, facilities and value for money)
Just returned from a wonderful 11 night stay with my partner. Considering what you pay (we were B&B) it was excellent value for money. Room was a good size, comfy bed and all SC facilities if required, fridge, microwave etc. Only slight negative was bathroom which was fine, but bit dated, however considering cost of holiday this was not a problem.
Hotel in very good location (15 to 20 mins) if you want a short walk to centre Kos Town/ Harbour. Personally thought hotel in good surroundings, very safe and traditional, not run down.
The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
Food and drink purchased on site were well priced for a hotel and good value. Breakfast was very good and something for everyone, if you want traditional English breakfast, with English std food like Richmond sausages, hash browns etc go somewhere else or go Self Catering. Personally we enjoyed the breakfast and variety.
Pool area was immaculate and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully return in the future.

Ok but over rated
Had a 10 night stay in Aug, hotel not 5* in my opinion? Even by Greek standards. Yes it was clean but it’s very dated. We had. 1 bedroom apartment and it was very small.
Have to cross the road to the pool which isn’t ideal.
The pool is large and there are plants of beds BUT they are crammed together very closely, it was all a bit chaotic for my liking.
The area around the hotel is a bit run down and it’s a fair walk to the centre of Kos town though there are some decent tavernas near by.
Overall we had a good time and nothing to moan about but the rave reviews make it seem like something it isn’t. Don’t over expect and you’ll be fine!
