Just perfect
Fantastic room just as they describe it, great location which you can take advantage of to visit and other sights.Don't forget to give a huge compliment to the lady who cleans it and keeps it clean every day. I highly recommend it!!

Stayed in Pefkos quite a few times , first time at Coloma thou. Booked independently and owner savvas was always prompt with any inquieries . Stayed in room 4 , top floor with great view . Rooms are large with very large bathroom. It is only 5 minute walk to the centre , but very quite as tucked away. A great stay with Savvas and wife Katie ( who live in a house opposite ) always on hand if needed, but leave you to it unless you need them ! Overall a great stay in a great location , with charming hosts .

Another wonderful stay
Booked 10 nights directly with Savvas for me and my husband. I've stayed here many times before and though I've been coming to Pefkos off and on for over ten years, I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here.
The apartment is spacious with everything you need to prepare a meal. The bathroom is huge and it's still a treat to have a proper bath and shower in Greece. A/c is included and an absolute must this time of year. This year the TV has been upgraded to a Smart TV - we don't come away on holiday to watch TV but this is a really nice touch for those evenings when you just want to do something a bit quieter as we can access our Netflix and Amazon Prime should we feel like it.
I really can't fault anything with Coloma Studios - it's spotlessly clean, comfortable with lovely views across Pefkos. Everything is in easy reach. Just wonderful.

Brilliant Coloma!
Where do we start? Well, probably from the initial booking with the lovely owner Savvas. As first time 'DIY' with children holiday-makers in Greece it was an absolute joy to book the apartment with Savvas - he was always in email contact within minutes of any query we had over taxi transfers, deposit to be paid, car hire, any little niggle I had before we set off! Very reassuring!
Upon arriving in Rhodes, the taxi transfer he had organised was there to greet us and we where taken straight to the accommodation - Nikos - thankyou!! Nikos (our taxi man) had the key to our apartment and showed us how the air con etc worked. Lovely chilled water and fruit juice in the fridge for us - thank you Savvas - most welcome!
We stayed in apartment 4 which was just beautiful. Absolutely spotlessly clean and maintained its cleanliness through our three week stay. Fresh towels every 2nd to 3rd day - maid service every day although we only realised our 'maid' was actually a very efficient guy! The cleanliness was spot-on! Thank you.
As has been said before on previous reviews the kitchenette is well equipped with everything you require for making basic meals. Lovely clean utensils and crockery. We ate out mostly but enjoyed breakfasting on the large balcony every morning. Mingos supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk away and has fresh bread every day.
Lovely effective air con. Loads of wardrobe space with lots of hangers (thanks!). Powerful hairdryer in the bathroom which was lovely and big with lots of space for toiletries round the sink. Washing line to the side of the balcony with lots of pegs.
We had a glorious balcony which had an amazing view over the bay and hillside. Perfect for watching the sunset. The apartments are situated slightly uphill but within a 2 minute walk of the main road into the resort. Literally within 2 minutes of Angel bar. Perfectly situated if you like to be near the main Lee beach road and also like to go up to Kavos beach where there are lovely tavernas and bars.
All in all, an absolutely amazing place to stay. Savvas lives close to the apartment block and is always on hand to assist although never obtrusive. A wonderful host.
I would not hesitate in recommending this lovely accommodation to anyone wanting to holiday independently in Pefkos. It has been an amazing find for our family and we cannot wait to return.

Great studio, perfect location, amazing views!
We had an amazing time in Pefkos, and loved Coloma Studios.
Here's an overview:
Very clean modern spacious studio, great bathroom with shower over bath with shower screen. Kitchenette great for making breakfast or lunch, good selection of crockery, cutlery & pans. Water & juice left for us in fridge (thank you!). Very comfy king size bed, loads of storage space for clothes. Free air con & safe are a bonus, tv with 2 English news channels. Cleaned every day except Sunday, clean sheets about every 3 days. Fluffy towels. Nice patio with table & chairs, washing line with pegs. Perfect location about 5 mins walk and you're in the middle of the town, far enough not to be noisy.
Only downside is no wifi (although we somehow survived!!) and although the sliding doors to separate the living area (where the kids sleep) from the bedroom are good, the space above the doors is open so you can hear everything.
Overall we were very impressed with the quality of Coloma Studios and would definitely return.
