A piece of authentic and tranquil Greece

Structure right in front of the sea, a stretch of pebble beach with crystal clear and shallow water.
Simple accommodations, but clean, spacious, and nice. The location is strategic for visiting the main archaeological sites of Argolis and the Corinthian region. Athens is also quite close, about an hour and a half by car.
The host is kind, courteous, and helpful.

For one night, no more.

Exceptional location, facing the sea, excellent welcome. On the other hand, the bedding is ZERO. Iron bed, spring mattress—good for trampoline enthusiasts.

Decent accommodation by the sea

We booked last minute, so it was the best bet in the area. It costed us 50e for a Saturday night booked the day before, otherwise I'd value it around 40euros per night max (Room Only). Although we initially booked twin room/2 single beds, we asked for a double bed and we were upgraded to the more spacious 1 bedr apartment. Room & bathroom was not bad but it could be cleaner. Says it has parking but what it means is, there is parking nearby. Free wifi. It is super well located in front of the sea, so very convenient if you want to explore the area. Overall not bad, but not initially recommended.

Quiet worn out charm

This is a one night stay hotel and we stayed one night on our way south into the Peloponnese. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable and new. The kitchen had the basic stuff that we needed to cook breakfast. There was a small balcony overlooking a garden and a small road. The hotel is right on the beach, which is what gives it its charm. It not a crowded, bustling-with-life kind of beach but rather a quiet one were you can sit and contemplate on days gone by. It's a very quiet place with few restaurant and supermarkets, it's a hotel which just happen to be in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is very nice. Quiet is the word for this place.

Apartments overlooking the Gulf of Corinth

We booked this wanting a good value break in spring, and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartments are right on the beach (just a quiet road between it and our balcony). There were two rooms - one had a kitchenette off, and a shower room. The double bedded room had the balcony overlooking the sea. We rearranged the two single beds in the other room so that it was comfy for a living room. The, owners were delightful! They provided a simple fresh breakfast each morning at a time to suit us and helped us sort our directions to places to visit. It was out of season so cafes in Kato Assos were only open at the weekends, but only 1km along the beach road was a vibrant centre with many restaurants and a great coffee & music bar. There is a brilliant little supermarket only 500 metres away too. The Villa Constantsia is near to Ancient Corinth and Acrocorinth, and there are many other places to visit - our fave was Epidavros. Mystras and other treasures (railway ride into mountains) within an hour or so drive.
