Family and Friends
Very nice and boutique hotel, owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel calm and smooth. The hotel is very much fanily friendly with various type of rooms.
Hotel is in front of the sea. The sea is very clean and clear. This village is so tiny and cute having bakery and fruit cars coming before the afternoon in front of the hotel.

Heerlijk vertoeven! / Great Stay!
At a photocontest I won the first prize, which was a one night stay in this hotel in Balos. I went together with my daugther and we booked a second night here. We were warmly welcomed by the very kind woman Georgia. She showed us the beautifull spacious room and did everything to make sure we felt at home. The room was very spacious and we had a perfect sea view. In the room they prepared us a fruitplatter and a bottle of Souma with a kind card.
The service at Amfilissos is amazing! I have some backproblems so the bed felt a bit hard to me and they immideatly brought me a topper.
In the morning we went to the breakfast and there were so many different food options. Everything looked and smelled amazing. We've had a total of two breakfasts here and both of the days there was a different variety of savory and sweet options. Different kinds of cooked and fried eggs, pancakes, cakes and lovely jams. The breakfast here was a real treat!
Georgia and the rest of the hotelstaff thank you for everything during our stay!

Serenity
Hospitable friendly kind helpful owners,crystal clean sea, breathtaking view,peaceful beach, homemade mouthwatering breakfast and more..We spent a week there.From the beginning till the end it was like a dream.If you are looking for a quiet place with comfortable accomodation,this sweet hotel is just for you!

Best Hotel we have ever been in!
We were in our honeymoon and it was a dream come true.
Amazing hotel family. They organized taxi for us from Ferry, welcomed us with greatest kindness, organized car rental for us, showed best restaurants around and provided tips for holidays.
Breakfasts were served as amazing buffet on terrace with sea view with omlettes, eggs, sandwiches, fruits, cereals, coffee, in one word everything You dream of waking up!
Hotel is literally over the sea, 10 meters to seacoast. We got sea view room with balcony almost over water.
And the family... Lovely Greek family that was always there for us, teaching us Greek, helping us with everything, doing our laundry, cleaning the room so You could eat from the floor.
When I asked if I could make breakfast to bed for my wife, they gave me everything together with fresh flowers from the garden.
When we arrived there was sweets and moonshine waiting for us as welcome gift. And when they heard that we are in honeymoon they surprised us with bottle of wine and fresh fruits, that was so touching...
Finally when we were leaving, they one again organized transport for us and made breakfast to go.
Thank You Amfilissos family for everything and we will always keep You in our hearts!

Wonderful place
This place is amazing! If you are looking for a calm and quiet place: balos beach it is. (But You definitely need a car if you want to see other places, do groceries...)
The hotel: the rooms are recently renovated, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed!!! You get Coffee, Tea and water and a traditional liquor from the island for free at your arrival.
The view is amazing, I can’t even describe it. The hotel is in front of the water. You can not get enough of this view, especially in the morning while having breakfast. Talking about breakfast: 10 outa 10! Everything is fresh and a huge variety of local and selfmade food.
The communication with the host was always very friendly. Bevor and after the reservation, Georgia answered all questions and tried everything for a pleasant stay.
