Great location and reasonably priced!
We had a lovely time staying here- the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and very helpful whenever we had any queries or questions. Frequently serviced rooms, swimming pool, sun-seats and umbrellas, nice kitchenette for cooking- everything we needed for a quiet relaxing holiday.
It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach and a similar walk to a supermarket or the town of Emporio. I would certainly stay here again!

To be improved
You have to improve the cleanliness, and especially the sofa beds are really scandalous, the children slept badly for a week, and the pool was dirty full of algae hair on the sides and below full of dirt, they did not welcome us very well and everything we asked for was a very menefreghisti response, room near the pool without wifi, only positive thing location and change towels every 2 days

VERY GOOD
Pleasant stay, nice view, the pool is very good and very good service from the staff.
I recommend it, it is a nice destination and close to Perivolos Beach, about 850 meters away.
The room is clean with a view and the hotel is located near the Agora of Emporio within walking distance

AWFUL PLACE!!! DO NOT BOOK
We arrived at the property at midnight and had been told the owner had left us a key in the door. On arrival our first impressions werent great the bathroom was filthy hair and old toothpaste in the sink and the shower area was dirty. The childrens bunkbeds were situated on the lower floor which had no aircon which we didnt no when booking. It was far too hot for them to sleep in a room with no aircon so we moved the matresses upstairs to where the aircon was. Our bed was very creaky and the sheets were stained and had hair in the bed. The next day we sat round the pool area and the kida used the pool. When they got out I noticed there swimming costumes had turned bright green! Whilst sitting round the pool we noticed the owner going into our room. My husband then went to check in at the reception to be told we owed €150 due to damagin the matresses that we had just simply carried up the stairs and which our children had been sleeping on. We said we hadnt damaged the matresses and werenr willing to pay this. The owner then hounded us with threatning emails every day, also had his only english speaking worker called "marco" come up to us asking for the money. We then recieved a report from the police which the owner emailed us saying he had reported this to the police. We then went to the police station and were told this wasnt a police matter and nothing would happen. Every time we passed the owner he would give us threatning stares.As the week went on we noticed they had turned our fridge off and had stopped giving us clean towels or sheets and not restocked our toilet roll. On the final night we arrived back to the property at midnight to find the owner and his worker Marco sat waiting for us. Marco then came and asked my hsuband to come to reception where him and the owner confronted my husband demanding the €150 euros. When my husband said no as we hadnt caused any damage the owner went and turned the power off to our apartment! Our children were left in the pictch black apartment terrified and hot due to the aircon not being on. I screamed at the owner and Marco to turn the power back on as we had 2 young children terrified the pair of them walked off an ignored me leaving us with no power with not a care in the world. We then called the police who were not happy the owner had done this. The owner then hid untill he thought the police had gone but they hadnt and they caught him and made him turn the power back on. Even they were disgusted at what he had done. The next morning we packed our things early and left, only again to be confronted by the owner who stared and me like he was going to hurt me. He then demanded the €150 again! He lingerd around our car whilst we were packing intimidating us. We then said to him to show us thr so called damage we had caused to the matress but he refuses as he knew very well there wasnt any. We then paid him €50 just to leave us alone. The owner of Leon apartments is an absaloute conman who will do anything to get money from people. His accomadation is filthy and pool a hazard. Do not stay here unless you want hell and to be harassed for your entire holiday. Also beware of his worker Marco who he gets to translate for him, he will act like your friend when really hes just like the owner out to con you.

Great holiday
Very helpful friendly staff and close to the beach. Best to rent scooter or car to get around. Nice pool. Overall we thought that it was a great experience and we can recommend it fully for budget stay in santorini. If you get a rental scooter or car it is easy to getto everything in santorini.
