I don't understand the negative reviews, for me it was top!

Personally I can not understand the negative reviews that there are, I before booking in this hotel I saw others, but honestly this is what struck me the most. I was here on holiday with my parents, so consider that they do not prefer to walk on foot, so I needed a solution near the sea and that still has the pool.
Of course transportation is also very important for me, as we have not rented anything, this hotel offers shuttle Service (for a fee of course) to and from the airport.
In addition, there is a Shuttle Service every three hours to the center, so convenient.
There are various types of breakfast, of course they have a cost, but they are really very plentiful.
The sea is a few steps away, so another point in their favor.
We had two rooms, since I took one for myself and another for my parents, both very clean, the only flaw if I have to find a defect the shower curtains I can not stand them much, this is the only thing that I personally did not like
They also have a Restaurant Service open from lunchtime until midnight above the pool, so this is also great, of course expect food with lots of spices and onions, it’s us Italians who are used to it differently but I have to say it was all very good, and the portions really very large. I highly recommend this property, the staff very friendly and kind, they are made available for anything (and it is not for everyone).

Owners are great, friendly people. Family business. Only one wish: newer bedding and newer towels.

Very nice, comfortable and stocked just in case. Personally available at any time

Very simple and nice hotel, located in a very convenient and central location, so you are not too far away from anything you want to visit. Above all it has a beach practically in front and a distance of 5/6 minutes from the center of Fira (by car or quad). Otherwise it provides shuttle options to both the airport and the center. With staff always present and available. The pool is very nice and quiet, with a restaurant perfect for quiet lunches or dinners. It provides the possibility of breakfast of your choice and above all it is stocked with an ice cream fridge, a soda fridge and snacks always available. Wi-fi available and super convenient. Cleanliness is not perfect but nevertheless the cleaners every day arrange, clean and tidy with great care and precision! The bathroom a little small unfortunately. But otherwise I liked it! Especially for the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea!

Not a bad hotel. We got the room that came with 4 twin beds. The room was really small but clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was not great. The shower was very small and the liner kept sticking to you. The shower head didn’t stay in one place, so water kept getting on the floors. The bathroom was my least favorite part of the room. The staff were good for the most part and they sell drinks and snacks in the lobby. If you’re looking for a cheaper stay, this would be a good place to book. They offer free shuttle services that drop you near Fira (7-10 walk) and paid shuttle services to the airport and ferry for a good price. The room was small but intimate and clean.
