Beautiful
We stayed for 11 nights in the suite with a sea view and jacuzzi.
We were welcomed from the first moment by Erri, who immediately proved to be a fantastic person, always cheerful and very willing to help you at any moment.
The room was a bit small but clean and equipped with the essentials for a good vacation; it was cleaned thoroughly every day (bath and bed linens were changed, and the floor and bathroom fixtures were cleaned daily, which is not a given).
As for the area, it is very quiet and a stone's throw from Kamari beach.
The only drawback was the planes flying over the hotel, but they were not overly annoying.
A vacation that will remain in our hearts both for the beauty of Santorini and for the helpfulness and cheerfulness of Erri, whom we will always carry in our hearts.

Reviews for Voca hotel &Suites
The hotel is marketed as a 4-star hotel, but our experience unfortunately did not meet that standard.
Upon arrival we noticed that the sofa in the reception seemed worn and not very clean. The receptionist was friendly, but we were surprised to hear that the hotel did not deliver towels to the pool area. Room towels were not allowed to be used at the pool, and if you wanted pool towels, they had to be purchased unless you were staying in a suite. This is not the service you expect from a 4-star hotel.
The room was the biggest disappointment. We were three people, but there was no wardrobe – only a short hinge with nine hinge and no shelves or drawers for storing clothes. The result was that we had to stay directly out of our suitcases for a whole week because we simply had no place to pack our clothes out. In our opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a hotel in this category.
The bathroom seemed worn out and there were only two towels, although the room was designed for three people. In addition, the room lacked both a table and a chair. My daughter therefore had no place to sit and have to do her assignments on the floor. The balcony was also furnished only with two chairs, although the room was for three guests.
However, the biggest challenge was the very heavy noise from air traffic. The hotel is close to the airport, and flights land approximately every 20 minutes. The noise level was so high that it made it difficult to relax and it significantly affected our holiday experience.
The pool area was smaller than expected. There were no traditional sun loungers, only bags, which were impractical and difficult to get up from – especially if you have problems with your back or knees.
The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning was really good throughout the stay. The breakfast, however, was very uniform with virtually the same selection every day.
Overall, unfortunately, I do not believe that the hotel meets a 4-star standard.

Greatest receptionist ever

Our stay at Voca Hotel & Suites exceeded every expectation. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
A truly special thank you goes to Harris, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication made our holiday exceptional. He was always willing to help, offered outstanding recommendations, and thanks to his local knowledge we managed to save a considerable amount of money while experiencing the very best of Santorini. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he always found a solution to every request. He was also incredibly accommodating when we asked if it would be possible to stay a little longer before our departure. Hospitality like his is rare and deserves the highest recognition.
The hotel itself is wonderful. It is situated in a beautiful and convenient location just a short walk from Kamari Beach. Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay comfortable even during the hottest days. Every single day the room was meticulously cleaned, with fresh towels and beach towels replaced daily to the highest standard.
The breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous selection of fresh and delicious options each morning. We also thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the hotel’s beach bar throughout the day, which provided a fantastic atmosphere and excellent service. Also it has a huge parking space included in price.
Everything about this hotel reflects genuine care for its guests. We are sincerely grateful for such a memorable experience and will most certainly return whenever we visit Santorini again.

Amazing experience
Our stay in this small hotel was really, really nice. Despite we went there at the end of the season the weather was decent; actually much better than face the hit of the high season. So, the hotel is cozy and the room are quite big and bright. Above all clean. Our accommodation had a sea view and we had even a jacuzzi!!! It was so beautiful.
In brief, our vacation was short but amazing!
We had breakfast included in our package and it was fresh, handmade and delicious every single day.
Also the Staff was very helpful and friendly. Mr Harry, the Supervisor in charge of Us, was such a good host!
Definitely we suggest to go there!!

Worst hotel I had in Santorini
The hotel at most 3 stars. We had two rooms. One room had smell from drianage. Both rooms were less than 3 meters from street. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the core area in Kamari. Except the beach and some good restaurants, Kamari doesn't have too many things to do. Making the experience worse is the hotel staff were not helpful and consider. When we asked if there is any local tour information, the hotel staff simply answered no even though there was material on the front desk. There was blackout at night for about 1 hour. No staff stationed in the front desk to help or answer questions from guests. I woud never go back to this hotel.
